I'll never spend my money with you all anymore!!! Brought headphones for work, never used them because my job gave me some and because its passed 15 days im.not allowed to return them per customer service rep. Now im out 30$. 1st and last time shopping with best buy!

Found out the hard way you have 15 days to file a complaint after the install They installed a stainless steel water line on the fridge and the water has a bad taste called them and they said I should of double checked the install to make sure it's correct. Went back an forth with LG service and they said they used the incorrect water line it need to be a blue or clear line from the wall. Called bustbuy and said it to late for them.to fix the incorrect water line. I need to purchase it. Very disappointed when I payed for them to install at purchase the kit they recommended. Just wounding how many other families they did this to. Would not recommend
