I went to this Best Buy location to compare 2 microwaves. The sales associate said he would send someone to help me and never did. I went back him to get someone to help me and he was standing there talking to another employee. He told me he would be right there. I asked to see one of the microwaves and he said it’s in the back and he couldn’t get it unless I bought it. I said I don’t want to buy it until I see it first. I chose one and then changed my mind and picked another one. He sighed heavily because I bothered him. We ended up buying a cheaper microwave. When I tried calling and talking to supervisor there, I was told they don’t take calls anymore. Do not go to this location if you are looking for good customer service.
