I normally come here all the time, and I buy all of my Go Pros, and mounts from this store. I Damaged my Go Pro and had a warranty, but was turned away because only one Geek squad person was working today. They told me to go to another store since they couldn’t even get it checked in and sent out for repair/replacement which would take about 15-20 minutes. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. This is Tuesday January 14 at 2pm. Poor customer service and there was 2-3 people at the front kiosk that I’m sure knew how to do it.

Literally sitting on the bench outside of this huge Best Buy to write this. I just spent an hour standing in the computer section ready to spend $1500 on an iPad and accessories and only ONE associate came up to me.
He asked if I had any questions or need help. I originally said I think I’m ok since I was debating the 13” or 11” screen and then quickly said “actually I was wondering”…he turned as I was talking and asked the same question to a lady behind me. Finished with her, made eye contact with me, and went to the back room through two double doors.
This is not a question of staffing. There were plenty of people THERE just nobody working. Those on the floor were bunched up and you could hear associates laughing in the “back storage” area. They just had no interest in Helping customers.
At the End of the Day, I set my watch to spend an hour to see if anyone would ask or approach me, since I like walking around Best Buy anyway, but no one even looked my way. This is a Huge Best Buy and they offer a ton of gadgets and electronics thus the TWO stars. I like the store but I will take my business back to Goodyear and not inconvenience the Avondale store anymore.

A lot of employees for not a lot of customers. Empty hooks and shelves. Hope it’s just due to the holidays.
