Customer service is great,
I've spent a lot of money here over the years. Unfortunately there are not a lot of options for local electronics here these days, so it's sad to see their customer service going downhill. Today's example: my order never arrived - it was sent back for some unknown reason nobody can specify. Instead, it's being returned for a refund (within 10 business days) without so much as asking me. I tried to switch it to local pickup, but there was no such option. After waiting on hold for a while, I couldn't reach anyone here in Arizona on the phone. And the person I could speak with told me there was nothing they could do.
