I used to love coming to Best Buy, but now I dislike doing so. I am guessing they are no longer sales representatives. Every time I come to a Best Buy, there is never anyone to help you with something locked up. It's almost like a Walmart. "Oh, sorry, that's not my department..." Okay, may you get someone on the walkie-talkie? The loss preventions team at least says hello. I did give it a 5 star because this time there was an apologetic young man that apologized for the long wait. Wish the receipt said his name but it doesn't. Regardless it's best to do online orders for in store pick ups.
Whoever is a male that’s working around closing time on Fridays here, mark him. I called to ask about returns, and he immediately asked me for my full name. I didn’t want to give my full name, so I just shared my first name. He asked for the last name again, and I asked why? He hung up on me. Not cool, especially that I just paid $180 for their yearly warranty protection and other services. It just looks bad. I’m not a hater, I just figured there would be respect and intelligence coming from a company like them. I guess not.

The car audio department here is next to none in customer service. I came three straight days to this Avondale Best Buy and they said their car stereo person hasn't shown for days. I'm taking my business to Audio Express.
