Paid for a screen protector a few months back best buy member told me i pay 8 dollars for install for life and now i went and there trying to charge me 8 dollars every time i will not shop at best buy any more
I asked a guy if a Samsung a17 was in stock I'd like to buy one. He says sure I'll get it for you. He stayed at the counter 15-20 minutes no movement..I stood around waiting and then decided to just leave... Shiii service at the counter. The geek squad was cool tho.

I was in this store two days in a row...and the gentleman in the Geek Squad was unbelievably helpful. I believe his name was Joey, and another guy said he was his boss. He truly went above and beyond, and while I've always liked Best Buy...I'll be coming here another more in the future👍🏻
