The customer service at this location is poor. We are loyal longtime customers and always shop this location (Avondale, Az). I had to ask more than once for help. When the kid did finally help me, who's name is ROBERTO, got one of the two items I wanted to purchase down from the shelf, he then directed me to the other item I wanted, it was not reachable. I requested help again, she, the greeter at the front door, told him that I still needed him to take down the other item, I could see Roberto shaking his head no! ROBERTO would not get my item. The girl offered to find someone else, I said no. Lost a sale best buy! 2nd time this month the service was bad at this location! Your invisible when you shop here!
