I was an absolute idiot and somehow managed to lose a gift card. 😭 It was a promotional $100 gift card that only cost $60, so I was pretty sure I was completely out of luck.
I went back to the store hoping there might be something they could do, but unfortunately, because it was a promotional gift card, neither online support nor the store was able to cancel or reissue it. At that point, I had pretty much accepted the loss.
Then came ETHAN. 🙌
This man absolutely came in clutch. He went above and beyond and was able to get me a $60 gift card, essentially bringing me right back to where I started.
It may seem like a small thing, but the fact that Ethan took the time to help me when he technically didn’t have to genuinely restored my faith in humanity. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
I wish Ethan nothing but happiness, success, and everything good coming his way. Promote this man. Give this man a raise. MAKE ETHAN THE CEO. 😂👏
