I just walked into the store and as I was walking in I asked one of the associates for where networking products were and in a rush she said where the tower says networking. She said zero interest in assisting me. I knew what I wanted and I could have very easily purchased this on Amazon and had it to my house by probably 3:00 today. I chose to go into a brick and mortar because I personally hope that Best Buy doesn't go out of business. But unless their customer service improves they will probably go the way of Fry's electronics. I have no complaint about the pricing they were just as competitive as Amazon. My complaint is about the level of service. In my opinion that person should have walked me right to the products and askes me if there's something specific I was looking for or if I had any questions. I might have politely said no I'm very knowledgeable in the products and of what I want but the mere fact that this woman didn't care was what sort of upset me. Take some lessons from Ace hardware and the way they treat their clients.

I always make it a point to share my positive experiences as evenly as a share my negative ones that stand out, that people should know about. Today, after doing my due diligence of research I came down to Sony’s XM5, XM6 headphones or their respective ear buds or Apple Pro2 ear pods, I decided to stop at BB to test the headphones out. First and foremost, Jaden was super cool and knowledgeable about both categories and offered his opinion on them, before I listened myself. He later was able to help me find what I needed and get checked out. My experiences with who later I learned was their manager, Ryan O’Grady, was disappointing. I wanted to share my experience at his store, both the good and the poor, but Ryan O’Grady was dismissive and quite rude, which was also displayed in another employee with that demonstrated the same poor attitude who was supposed to get a key to help me but never came back. Although I don’t live in this area, I will avoid it in the future.
