I'm always shopping from back stock or stockroom each visit. The shelves are not stocked well with merchandise. Employees are not wearing name tags....no real service culture.

Clean store with a lot of inventory well staffed!
I went to the store to collect an online order. As I approached the order pick-up line, I noticed that the checkout line was empty. The staff was assisting another customer, so I patiently waited. When the customer finished, instead of calling me up, he called the person who had just arrived at the checkout line. His first question was whether they were picking up. I couldn’t help but wonder why the staff hadn’t called the customer who had been waiting in the pick-up line to check if they were picking up. Instead, they chose to call the person who had just arrived at the checkout line and asked the same question. It was evident that the staff had noticed my presence in the pick-up line, but they decided to prioritize the customer who had just arrived at the checkout line.
