Great service and got what we needed.
Derek, Kristi, and Jesse were awesome when it came to us trying to navigate a new modem/router that fit our needs. They also tremendously helped us understand how the trade in program could be affordable in our decision. Thank you so much!
They don't work directly with Citibank to resolve a dispute with a credit card that doesn't exist!!!!!!

Customer service, specifically geek squad, is horrendous - you shouldn’t need to wait in line for an hour or need an appointment to simply pickup and pay for your repaired equipment. Paying is a quick process - take my money.
Kids are nice but clear no leadership here.
Short Best Buy if you’re a stocks guy and the stock price was based off this location.
AI agent answering the phone for Best Buy is also terrible generally.
