I had to give one Star to leave a review otherwise I would have gladly given this store zero! The store appears to be undergoing construction or remodel, so that apparently means the only people in the store working are the ones remodeling? I went in to purchase airpods & beats and was looking for an associate to open the locked cases. Unfortunately the one girl available to help was already assisting another customer so off I went to find another associate and found someone near the PC Section at the register (wearing a Black Best Buy Polo) he initially made no eye contact until I asked if he could possibly call someone to assist his reply to me "You will need to look on the floor for a Blue Shirt, I don't work here" Did that sir! So I sat the cards down and left the store. Apparently they are not open during remodel and unless you enjoy playing hide and seek and actually find a "blue shirt" on the the sales floor it's all just window shopping here. Amazon it is! A reminder why brick and mortars close.
