The only thing I hate more then leaving bad reviews is wasted time, went to this location today spent just over 30min waiting for help, fully intending to spend over $1000 on a couple items. I watched two employees walk by me pushing carts, one three separate times playing on their phone. Just one guy working the entire back 3rd of the store doing his best to help everyone he could. Sad that Best Buy is staffed like Circuit City was just days before closing its doors...

This was my first trip to Best Buy in a long time. I seem to remember a lot more inventory. The clearance and open box deals are still there but it was all smart televisions. Also, I showed interest in the galaxy buds but the guy in that department was busy or something.

We did our research and came expecting to buy a $1600.00 computer, only to find out that they didn't actually have it, so after picking something else, the kid Ian was great, but his manager, a woman who didn't wear a name tag came over to verify the price, because this was wrong too, and she took her sweet time walking over to check it instead of just believing 3 people, but it was how she did it, it was very obvious that she was trying to make us feel like crap, she was looking at each individual 50 dollar bill I had, holding it up to the light, and I work in sales, there was a counterfeit bill pen right there in front of her on the counter. I spent $1400.00 and I just feel like I should have gone somewhere else because of her. We probably won't be back, but thanks Ian

20+ minute wait for curbside. I just walked in and spoke to the manager Ken. Nice guy, but he’s not managing the store correctly. Got my item after walking in and asking for a manager PS: You can’t call the store directly and Customer Service couldn’t reach anyone either.
