If I could add 5 more stars. I would. First, I'm not a tech savvy person. My laptop was hardly operable due and i was overdue for a new one. I went into BestBuy at Satan mall and didn't get any help. One gentleman referred a Microsoft Surface and it was sold out and said " That's the only thing that can work for me" no other alternatives. I went into Costco, that representative offered an Acer... Immediately left. I went over to BestBuy Chandler.. Walked in and went over to a gentleman named Ian.. Who listed and asked questions about what i was looking for. Offered several options explained them thoroughly. Walked me through how to even use the laptop and special features it offers. He then helped me selecting and ordering a monitor online and a keyboard and mouse. He spent a good 45 minutes making sure I got the full set up. This young man deserves recognition for keeping a sale in house and treating customers as they should by offering solutions. Good customer service is hard to find. I want the management team to know. I will continue to go back as long as Ian is there to help. You have such an amazing employee who truly turned my day around. Kuddos to this young man. He will go far!
