I am trying to cal and speak with store manager. I keep getting phone service not at store. They screwed up and didn’t put my phone as ready for trade in and told me to go to Verizon store and they said I have to talk to manager at Best Buy. They are too far away to just Willy nilly drive there. I am super frustrated!!!! Thinking of boycotting Best Buy even
I had a terrible experience at Best Buy because of the geek squad staff and a manager named Alex. She was extremely disrespectful and rude from the start. I came in to use my screen protector replacement plan, which I had already paid for, when I upgraded my phone the end of January/ early February of this year.
I’ve always bought the unlimited protector plan through Best Buy and I replace my screen protector very frequently and have never been charged in the past for them to put the new one on.
Instead of helping, she was dismissive and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Telling me I didn’t buy my new phone at Best Buy because she couldn’t see the new phone in her system. She showed me an old receipt that had no relevance to my issue. Turns out she did not properly check my plan if she had she would have seen that they entered my email wrong and that was why it wasn’t pulling up the correct information. After my horrible experience I called the San tan location where I bought the phone and because they are competent and actually have customer service skills they were able to help me sort the issue out. Sad to see a manger behave so poorly. What a bad hire. Definitely not someone I would ever hire for a customer service roll. Her attitude made the whole situation frustrating and uncomfortable.
I expect much better customer service, especially when I’ve already paid for a protection plan. Because of this experience, I’m very disappointed and I will be avoiding this location.

Lexi is awesome! She was helpful, intelligent, and non-invasive; she helped me choose a computer that is right for me. I lost the card of the gentleman who helped me on Saturday around 4 PM, but he was also efficient and helpful as well. Thank you all for your help!
