Don't get me wrong, all the staff at this Best Buy are very friendly, except for one guy named Jan (the white guy with curly hair and a sleep-deprived voice in the computer section); he deserves one star. On March 17th, I visited this store to purchase an Asus G16. I personally prefer buying directly through the Best Buy app, a habit I realize might seem a bit odd given that I was physically present in the store but the staff that day were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with everything: offering advice, guiding me through the app purchase process, and even retrieving the laptop from the pickup area for verification before bringing it back to me, all within just 10 minutes. Two days later, I returned to return the laptop because I wasn't happy with it and decided to purchase a Lenovo Legion 7i instead. I encountered Jan that very day, and his attitude was absolutely terrible; he offered no advice whatsoever and showed absolutely no interest in why I was returning the G16. When I expressed my desire to buy the Legion 7, he brought it out for me; however, when I asked him to assist me much like the staff member had done on the 17th , he refused to help. He became completely indifferent, told me to handle everything myself, and then simply put the Legion back into storage. Fortunately, the manager at the checkout counter was extremely helpful and very understanding of my situation, especially given how Jan and the computer department staff had completely ignored me that day.

I'm always shopping from back stock or stockroom each visit. The shelves are not stocked well with merchandise. Employees are not wearing name tags....no real service culture.
