Zero stars if I could! Attempted to resolve an issue with an open box Samsung ZFold phone listed in excellent condition. Spoke to the manager and asked why sell a defective phone as one in excellent condition. Without even looking at it, he insisted that the device is fine, and the issue is there isn't a SIM card in it and go to your provider and buy one. (Not sure how he arrived at that diagnosis), However I did go to my provider and they determined that everything is fine with the eSIM and reset the Network. I decided to go to the Superstition Springs location, and they found that the phone WAS IN FACT DEFINITELY DEFECTIVE and said they will use it for parts! SHOUT OUT TO ALEX AND STACEY IN THE SUPERSTITION SPRINGS STORE❣️❣️

Big Box waiting to die; I went to purchase a camera, as I needed to take photos for an accident reimbursement. Salesperson knew nothing of products, and sat on the floor when I asked her to explain the camera operating procedure. Basically, bad response and little knowledge. I'm guessing it's the person's first job.

Atrocious customer service. The greeter turned away when my family and I walked in but he promptly greeted the customer right behind us. We stood in the computer/laptop section. We knew exactly which models we wanted. Just needed an employee to help unlock the laptops to ring-up. No staff was in the area. I went to a register to request assistance. There were two staff attending to a customer checking out. After 15 minutes, i left that register and gathered my family and exited this store. Will never return to this Chandler Best Buy.
