They did a good job figuring out what was wrong with my laptop and getting back to me in a timely manner, and the people were friendly when I interacted with them. Just, I needed to replace the laptop, and no one was on the floor to help me. I wandered around looking for someone and saw 2 employees busy with other things, unable to help. I'm particularly poor with technology, so I really did need someone to help. I admit I was getting irritated and I didn't want to be a Karen, so I left.
It wasn't a terrible experience, but yes it could have been better.

It was wonderful! Last year, we bought our daughter an iPhone for Christmas at this store, and today we bought her an iPad for her birthday. They have a huge selection of different iPad models and cases. But what impressed us most was the staff. Consultant Derek explained each model in great detail, compared them, and honestly highlighted the advantages of each. He wasn't pushy, but he was friendly yet competent! He then helped us apply for a loan to buy an iPad Pro, and now we're very happy with our purchase! Derek and his colleague were very polite and competent! We'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely be back to this store! Derek - you were great!
