Just weird BB, just for a simple game they retain your id for minutes and check it out over and over again, was super weird and uncomfortable my experience, including the no manners from the cashier and some of the staff people, it just a game not a pills prescription.

Wouldn't even give it a star my experience was so bad. Not what I was expecting whatsoever! Unprofessional at its peak! Geek squad had heavy metal BLASTING, and the other side has 70s music blasting, guy on the floor was wrong when I asked him a simple question that was obviously wrong too. I continued to wait and ask the front geeksquad guy the same question, and got the same "i dont care attitude". He had metal all in his face and it was unpleasant to look at along with the lack of professionalism. So I left, not the best buy I remember. Im surprised theyre in business. I went to
UBREAKIFIX and had a much better experience, cheaper, cleaner, and more friendly. Ill never go to best buy again. TERRIBLE!
