Tyler at the Geek Squad was amazing. Super kind and was able to help me with a wifi issue on my computer. He also noticed some other concerns with my computer that I had no idea about and he fixed them. The whole process was fast and easy.

Went for a geek squad install, and they Hooked up my amp and capacitor wrong creating the system to stay on a constant feed until it burned out my mosfets in my brand new amp.
Then the tech wanted to argue with me about how it was hooked up right even when I showed him pictures and now got a letter from a respected shop saying it’s hooked up wrong and dangerous. Exposed cap not wired correctly.
Even online you can find a correct hook up picture. This tech is not well versed in audio install and is causing major liabilities!
Even after I post pictures of how it’s supposed to be done! The manager tells me it’s right and to come back and have the same disrespectful person who installed it wrong to look over it after I provided a letter from a third party place politely stating it’s wrong. Who’s the owner of this place please reach to me with all due respect .
