Get a new appliance. The customer service was amazing.
Geek Squad is not what it was a few years back, now they totally suck, not only did the agent in chat end the session before I was through with my issue after waiting for over 30 minutes but was told I have to take my monitor into the store for service, I guess they no longer have remote support or in-home support, if I had known this I would have bought a monitor elsewhere.
