Poor service, my friend and I walked into the store and no one greeted us and no one came up to help us even though we were obviously looking for assistance for near 10 minutes and there was no one in the store barely so it's just a big reason why a lot of Best buys are closed probably

I do not recommend Best Buy for Appliances. I ordered a washer and dryer in January. Washer came without issue. The dryer was back ordered. I missed work multiple days for several deliveries that were cancelled at the last moment every time. There were multiple issues with the order that they assured me were correct (in person, and over the phone), but were not. Finally the dryer arrived, but without the correct crew to install (liquid propane conversion). I had to set up yet another appointment. It turns out the dryer's door did not even work. It would take another two weeks minimum to replace and there were no guarantees it would not be back ordered, again. Their online/over the phone customer service is terrible. I finally asked for a full refund and return because I am tired of the delays and mistakes. Even the pick up was cancelled due to "weather". I don't get a refund until they process the return and they appear unwilling to reschedule the pick up for the return. The only saving grace to this absolute nightmare and 4 month saga is the installer (Robert) and store manager (Ethan). They did everything they could to help, but it was not enough. I will happily delete this review if they make this right and apply the refund.
