Just got a TV, if you go here, ask for Athena, she knows what's good, I told her my preferences and she found the best TV for me, someone give her a Raise asap
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Best Buy Flagstaff location. My mother’s computer was left in Best Buy’s possession, and when I contacted corporate, I was told their records show the computer was picked up in January. This is inaccurate, and we have no record of receiving the device.
I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and have been unable to speak directly with store management. I am requesting that the store manager contact me regarding this matter.
I am also requesting all documentation related to the computer, including pickup records, signatures, and any other paperwork showing when and to whom the device was released. There appears to be a serious discrepancy in Best Buy’s records that needs to be investigated.
At this point, I am seeking answers, accountability, and the return of the missing property or an appropriate resolution. I hope management will contact me promptly to discuss this matter.
