This review is specific to the Flagstaff Best Buy and appliance delivery in particular. I purchased a refrigerator online for delivery to my home in Doney Park on Thursday February 19 (2026) and was given a delivery date of Tuesday, February 24. I ended up with two straight days of waiting for delivery appointments that never happened Tuesday and Wednesday the 25th. Late Wednesday I was notified that my next scheduled delivery date would be Thursday March 5! So I went in to the Flagstaff Best Buy the next morning and requested that my order be cancelled with a full refund (believing that my refrigerator was probably not in Flagstaff.) The manager told me that a delivery person failed to show for work that day and he was willing to cancel my order for a full refund, but the system wouldn’t allow it because it was in transit. We soon discovered that my refrigerator was in the store after all. (I cancelled the delivery and haul-away services and did get Best Buy people to help me load the refrig in my pickup.) So how did my “place in line” suddenly get moved out a full week after two straight missed deliveries by Best Buy? That question was never answered. It appears that Best Buy Flagstaff has major issues with delivery personnel as of late February – early March 2026.

Poor business model
We needed a new dishwasher and my appliance person recommended Best Buy for a Bosch dishwasher.
I went to the Flagstaff store and was helped by a very nice sales associate. I didn't know the dimensions of our current space, so I told him I would go home measure and call back. He mentioned it can be difficult to call back, so I gave him my number to call me.
I did not get a call back so I called in and after multiple time with a clunky AI system I got sent to a call center not in Flagstaff with a very unhelpful person who would not route my call to Flagstaff.
I went back to the store and was frustrated to see two workers in the front who could have taken my call
They were apologetic for the poor service model that doesn't allow them to answer phone calls
I called Spencer's in Phoenix and a human being answered my call at the store and my questions---so I used them to get my dishwasher
I don't think Best Buy will last long with this business model which is a shame because I have liked using the store in the past
