I have bought many things here in the last few years to include floor model appliances at a great discount with warranty, new in box electronics, and more. The employees that assist me are always kind, not pushy, and give me a great purchasing experience. 2 days ago I went in to purchase additional security cameras. I admit I was having the worst day and just wanted to get in and out. The cashier was so overly nice. She made sure what I was buying would work for my situation, I saved over $120 thanks to a current sale but most importantly she treated me like a human being with kindness. I continue to come back here for big purchases because of associates like her. They are nicer here than a lot of the local stores and often have better selection and pricing.

The membership is worth it to get the extended warranties on your electronics
It's not that it's a bad store. I mean it's a major retailer. I went there to try and check and see if they had any gaming desktops that were open box in the cage. They did not. But I ended up getting sucked into a conversation with one of the guys in electronics who was trying to sell me almost a $3,000 computer for more than I wanted to spend and he was not taking the hint to go away. I was also there to try and find some 3D projectors. They didn't have those either. Pretty much left empty-handed. They had a huge display for the Nintendo switch 2 in Pokemon za Legends but I couldn't find where they kept the actual Nintendo switch to and Pokemon z a Legends. 😮💨 I feel like Best buy has kind of gone downhill as far as certain things that they used to offer. Geek squad is still there thankfully. They're on the expensive side but with Fry's electronics out of business they're the only people who can reliably build a PC from scratch. So my experience here was kind of meh.
