I'm finding it hard to even express the disappointment in the Best Buy location. I can say without a doubt this is the worst possible Best Buy in the state of Arizona and I guesstimate that it would rival any other states worst of the worst. Every single time we give them another shot they find a way to screw it up. Over the last 4 months we have spent over $10k in household appliances and other items. Not one thing has gone right. From the in store experience through delivery and installation. The most recent example this evening. Spent $4k in TVs, Sound bar, and installation and not only did the purchase take over an hour in store for them to figure out how to ring it all up, they ended up 1) telling us the problem was related to the Best Buy computers requiring us to take home half the install parts vs the delivery carrying them on the truck but they managed to complete the order with the completely wrong address for install and delivery. Well how was this caught? Glad you asked. We caught it when we came home and reviewed our Best Buy account. Insult to injury we told the rep 3 different times with him confirming the correct address and promising us it was updated and correct. Solution - spend another hour with Customer Service who can't simply change an address they require a cancellation and completely new order which equates to pushing our delivery and install another week. This is pretty much a repeat of every prior purchase, delivery, and install we've attempted with this location. I don't know how else to say it, but the staff is horrible, the service is horrible, the delivery and installation seems to be nothing more than an annoyance to them and at the end of the day if it helps even one person FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION IN FLAGSTAFF AZ. I pray the owner reads this and responds because they need to know how horrid the BB experience is when shopping at this location.
