The very worst warranty service I’ve ever experienced. Have two appliances, only 14 months old, which have issues. I purchased an extended warranty but that is not honored by Best Buy. They say it’s the manufacturers problem, but the manufacturer says they do not cover these particular issues. Phone calls are answered by people who speak such poor English that you can hardly understand. Today I was speaking to a service rep in Guatemala! I’ve been dealing with this for two months, to no avail.
