I bought an IPad in January along with an associate who recommended the keyboard component. It never stayed put. I acknowledge that I don’t know a lot about technology. I thought I was doing something wrong. I went in today to find out that it wasn’t the right keyboard for my iPad. I also acknowledge that it is well past the two week return. The answer I got, was that I sell the keyboard at a loss online. NO acknowledgment from Best Buy that I was sold the wrong product. This is very disappointing as I have spent money there many times. No apology, no accountability for their egregious oversight regarding the original purchase. It sounds like their recommendation for buying online is what I should’ve done in the first place. Shame on you Best Buy. Remember, Flagstaff is still a small town!
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
I went there this afternoon to find a sound bar for my TV. The customer service for today wasn't as great. The employees were as helpful.
