I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Best Buy Flagstaff location. My mother’s computer was left in Best Buy’s possession, and when I contacted corporate, I was told their records show the computer was picked up in January. This is inaccurate, and we have no record of receiving the device. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate and have been unable to speak directly with store management. I am requesting that the store manager contact me regarding this matter. I am also requesting all documentation related to the computer, including pickup records, signatures, and any other paperwork showing when and to whom the device was released. There appears to be a serious discrepancy in Best Buy’s records that needs to be investigated. At this point, I am seeking answers, accountability, and the return of the missing property or an appropriate resolution. I hope management will contact me promptly to discuss this matter.

A i system sucks. Went to the Flagstaff store to buy a TV. The next day we had a few questions Could not talk to the sales rep due to best buy a i crap. Costco got our money.

I was disappointed today when I specifically came here to test fit an e bike before purchasing. I did my research and read how important it is to sit on them to make sure they aren't too tall and that can you can sit comfortably. I asked customer service if somebody could help me try one out and they told me they don't let people sit on them. It is unreasonable that they expect people to buy an expensive item that you literally have to sit on to operate based on... looks? REI was happy to let me sit on their e bikes, where I discovered the model they had that I was considering was too tall for me. I guess I'll take my business somewhere that will let me actually sit on one.
