More online sales than the store. Order a washer dryer set 6/3 to be delivered 6/18. Got a call on 6/9 the dryer in white wasn't available until 6/29. The black dryer was, so got the black one with the plan to return it as the white was delayed until 6/29.
Come the 18th all the have is the black dryer, 3 phone calls and week later they have to split the white set into 2 delivers to get the washer deliver. As of 9/8 yes 3 MONTHS later 9 deliveries scheduled, exchanges now set up becuase the 60 day window on the black return was going to expire, I still dont have my dryer. Yet ive been charge and paid for the white one even tho its their policy kn those website card won't be charged until items ship.

Horrible. Don't even bother asking for help the guy in the phones and phone cases is horrible. The short guy with long hair. Super rude. Came in here asked about a case and a zag protector. Guy couldn't show me anything or spend any time. Everyone in here just sits around. Do not go here for phones or phone accessories or for geek squad. Every best buy is the same. No one wants to help and the guy was so rude. I asked multiple guys for help to all were terrible but the short guy long hair in phones is terrible. Was going to spend a lot more money to but I just went on Amazon!
