Ordered online for pickup, site said ready in an hour. Arrived 1.75 hours later app not updated. Shopped in store for 45 min. Went to order pickup since app still not updated. Young man said he would escalate order. 45 min later still not ready. This was a 32 inch TV.. Same young man said he would just go get it. 20 min later he is helping someone else and no TV. Took another 20 min now holding up the line for all pickups as I am not going to move until someone pulls this simple order. At this point a guy looks at my order, walks into back and 5 min later I am walking out with my purchase. Frustrating, not happy with the whole process. I asked for a receipt, guy points to a little sticker on the box and says that is your receipt.

Went to buy a TV. Roosevelt was our sales guy. Great service and personality.
We love that a person is at the entrance directing you to the area you need to go, very helpful. Even though this store was out of stock, the employee went out of their way to find us a store where I could get my item.
