How do I check product availability at the Gilbert Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Gilbert Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. I came to buy the cannon R100 camera with the 2 lenses kit for 499.99... and I can't believe the kid literally came over and told me that I'll be better off using my cell phone. Not what are you gonna use it for? Or anything like that - he might be right, but as owner of some best buy stock - that kinda pissed me off.

Pre ordered call of duty 6 online and it has been the worst nightmare experience I've ever had with trying to get a simple receipt so I can get the pre order perks but no they somehow give me run around for two days of me calling and calling until I finally just drive to store 30 mins away just to be shown the same order number I checked out with , definitely won't be coming here or any best buy again after this
