I used to love going to stores to see items in person before buying, so that’s exactly what I did here. Big mistake. I found the item I wanted, but it was locked inside a cabinet. I waited 15-20mins and no one showed up. I walked to the front to ask for help, and they sent me back saying “someone will be there to assist you.” I waited another 10mins. An employee walked by, so I asked if he could open the cabinet. He said he “doesn’t work in this area” but promised to send someone over right away. Another 10mins passed. A different employee walked by and said pretty much the same thing. So imagine going into a store ready to spend money, and after over 30 minutes, not a single employee can help you. Completely wasted my time. This is exactly why people buy from Amazon. This is why so many brick-and-mortar stores are closing. If no one can assist customers who are actively trying to make a purchase, what’s the point of having a physical store at all?

Went ther this a.m. to buy a 65 in. TV, Sony or Samsung. We waited around looking at them for 15 minutes looking for someone in tv dept. We finally went to front and told greeter we needed help in tvs, so he called for someone. Went back for another 15 min. Told him noone came as we walked out. He shrugged and said OK. Went to another and spent over 2100 dollars. Your in store service sucks.
