They are trying to put charges on their credit card that was never authorized.
I visited this Best Buy location to switch my cell phone carrier. I was assisted by Shyann and Caleb. They were both extremely helpful and intelligent. I walked out with a new service and a happy customer. These guys were great.
Beware
Best Buy shipped me something damaged and will do nothing about it. If their chatbot can’t help you, then you are SOL I guess.
It's fine they don't want my business, I'll live. I would be careful if I were you. Mine was fairly inexpensive and I can afford it, but if it wasn't and I couldn't, it would be a much harder cookie to swallow.
