We purchased an open box soundbar that was labelled as having all the parts. When we went to set it up it was missing an adapter. Went back to the store and worked with Deb. I give her a five-star rating for correcting this situation! She was so nice and smiled the entire time! Thank you Deb!
Ive been trying to order some things over the couse of 2 months
Multuple orders repeatedly cancel

I call the store sit on hold and still get sent to new delhi
And then i realise

Funny thing is, ill bet you two share your inventory anyway at this point

Somehow they managed to sell me two RAM sticks that both don't work. At the same time. Their actually, really impressive lack of inventory, almost never actually stocking what they advertise yet still somehow having a whole warehouse of things nobod wants, mixed with unjustifiably high pricing on what they do have, I would honestly prefer a blockbuster their size take this building over. Sales begin sold out constantly. They have a student saving SECTION of theyre website that is, down to the penny in every item, the exact same pricing as their regular listings, only with higher starting prices that are slashed out and then marked down to the normal price. If you ask them about it theyll tell you that they do not offer student deals whilr reading their student deals pages.
