I’ve always trusted Best Buy for electronics and appliances, but my recent experience left me beyond frustrated. I contacted customer service for what should have been a simple issue, but instead, I was transferred to an overseas call center—India, based on the representative’s accent and connection delay.
Best Buy, I expect better. Outsourcing your customer service may save money, but it’s costing you loyal customers. Bring back knowledgeable, accessible support based in the U.S. where issues can be handled efficiently and with care. Very disappointed and seriously reconsidering where I shop from now on.
Ask if the customer service can check inventory for me and possibly at another store. Was simply told “ if we’re out and most likely they are out too”. Believe is his name is Brandon.. customer service sucks
