Employees stalked me like they thought I was stealing or going to steal. Made me very uncomfortable 😕
First salesman was apathetic, second one , Tim, not bad. Although he kept trying to push us into something out of our budget range till I finally had to shut him down and just tell him, we only have a certain amount and then magically he was able to work things out. Our delivery was very uncoordinated and shoddy . They couldn’t bother to install the sound bar at the same time, even though we had an appointment we’re both at the same time. Tim didn’t seem interested in really helping us with that issue. He only offered to give us a refund on the installation which you take 70 to 10 business days!
Definitely won’t buy anything from them again. Over all a disappointing experience.
