I do not like to give negative reviews and prefer not to say anything. This time though I am so frustrated. I purchased a TV on Saturday, they asked for my number to see if I had an account, it was under an old number, they revised to my new number. Said the TV would be delivered today, there was a 12 hour window so I took the day off. The delivery is apparently going to a different address other than my home address, this different address is the store we bought it from, it’s being delivered to Best Buy. So come to find out, I can’t get into my account that it’s purchased on because it is an email address I no longer have access to, it had my wife’s email that is wrong. Physically went down to the store, had them revise all of my information, so when I log in it is a blank account and doesn’t show my purchases. Have to merge old account with new, but only can get a hold of AI bot, or over seas phone service that I can’t understand. Anyways, it now has to be rescheduled. Not a good day

I came in to pick up ink jets for my printer & was promptly & politly directed to where I needed to go. The gentleman in that dept helped me find what I needed & explained how they needed to be installed on this particular printer. Very helpful & I got what I needed & was able to run in & out quickly!
The help in there is very, very knowledgeable about what area they work in and what they can share with you knowledge that I don't have and I needed it from them!
