I went in to buy a laptop and was amazed with how speedy the whole process was! I went to customer service, showed the model I wanted, and basically walked straight out the door! The employees were extremely helpful and polite, 5/5 service

My wife and I stopped by Best Buy today hoping to troubleshoot and possibly replace a Thermador appliance that came with a home we recently purchased. After visiting two other major appliance retailers and coming away without any real answers, this was our third and final attempt to find a solution. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to work with Katie and Thor. Both of them went completely out of their way to help us. They took the time to research specifications, track down resources, validate our concerns, and provide information that no one else had been able to give us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what had been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Katie and Thor were absolutely awesome, and we can’t thank them enough for their help. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like them. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, I highly recommend asking for Katie and Thor!
