If you’re looking for a fair card drop? They don’t care. No communication about product availability with a very long line of 100+ people, people were able to bring their 7 year old kids (who should be in school) and then pay for those cards (which will be used for scalping), UPC’s were not fairly distributed (they sold out almost instantly as you could purchase all three of them), there was only three cashiers to check out which caused the line to move extremely slow. Would not recommend this Best Buy if you’re trying to have a fair shot at securing your nephew a cool set and lined up hours before they opened, the management doesn’t care about the people. They care about selling out. I would definitely recommend checking out the Chandler Best Buy the team there is awesome and will not be coming back to this Gilbert location!
