I came in to check out an open box that was listed on the website and verified from the Tempe store as being there. Immediately the home theater “supervisor” tells me they don’t have it. (Mind you the tv was less than 10 feet from where we were standing” I reassure him that the tv was confirmed to be there. I kindly request for the tv to be turned on (I’m already dealing with a Best Buy defective tv) He insists the tv is intact and that he’s unsure if we can turn it on and rebox the tv (suprise, reboxing wasn’t an issue) guy acted like I was asking him to cut his leg off he was so upset. Then proceeds to recommend I take the 98 in tv home myself because the guys they hire to deliver and install “don’t always take care of the electronics and damage it during delivery” Absolutely awful customer service. Not sure how he got a supervisor position.

This is the only Best Buy in AZ currently doing demos/fittings for the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses. Helena was really awesome as she walked me through the features we could demo. There isn't much, but it was mostly worth the drive down from Cave Creek to play around with them. I ended up getting a pair of the gen 2 Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses to see if I even like them... We'll see! 🕶️😎🕶️
