If I could go lower I would. The location on 83rd and Bell we were but an LG tv 55inch. Jordan our sales rep I asked a specific question. Does the TV come with a magic remote to shich he answered yes now again he was asked three seperate times same questions he replied yes. We were impressed and bought the TV. Then come to fimd out it does not. I called the number was given the run around. Then decided to go to the store and spoke to Maurice and again he gave us the run around. He said to call this 1888 number because he cannot do anything. I called the number they said I need to go back to the store . This is how you treat your customers you dont care about keeping them or makimg thinga right. The sales rep if he didnt know should have said so ans found out. I dont appreciate being lied too. Some type of compensation should be done. Bringing in the unit to but another at a higher cost makes no sense when we were told this unit has one and didnt. I wouldnt recommend going to this location.
