Trying to reach a live person at the actual store is a joke. One finds themselves lost in an AI mazed phone tree...or are shuttle to a foreign country.
I promise, this will be my final purchase at Brst Buy.
I will take my thousand dollars of purchasing power to another chain.

Ruben is one of the best store managers I have ever dealt with! I'm 65yrs so that says alot. In my life I have dealt with managers and ruben is one of the best! So smooth and makes you feel like you are the only one in the store even when having to deal with multiple issues.
Lane and Ruben were extremely unprofessional and should not be working in customer service. Lane even asked his coworkers if he was being rude, and they agreed that he was. That alone says a lot. The lack of professionalism and basic respect made the experience frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend dealing with either of them.

Why you should visit Best Buy: Electronics, Mobile phones, home appliances, Big screen TV's, computers, laptops, tablets, everything you can imagine you would want for all electronic and entertainment devices, Best Buy has it. Very fair and competitive prices as well. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I go to this location. This particular visit, I ended up buying a new Samsung Galaxy ZFold 7 phone. Virginia was the in house Samsung representative and she was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond with great customer service!! They had a sale at $1,599.99 which was the best price that her and I found by searching competitors in the Glendale, Peoria and Phoenix area. Plus Samsung corporate was at a higher price. It was an overall great experience for me; and I really like my new phone; Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. I highly recommend going to Best Buy.
