I went to this location to return a dash cam I purchased a year ago. I purchased it with my Total Tech, which was a mistake because I have never been treated so badly in my life; I felt like a criminal. I accidentally bought two, so I had to return one, and it removed my protection from the one I kept. They treated me poorly and said I didn't purchase it with my phone number or online, even though it was clearly in my purchase history. I have had Total Tech since before a minimum purchase amount was required. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy, which is why I usually shop at only one store. I was on that side of town, so I decided to try this location. They initially refused to honor my return. The manager said I could only exchange it for something of the same value and only that day. It makes no sense to be pressured into getting something else.

This best buy doesn't take pre-orders for in-store only items that were sold to others all accross the United States. Possible Worst Best Buy NA.

The associates were helpful. We were at two Best Buys and found they both were not well organized. Looking for a Dell laptop, they are scattered around. No way to compare size or features as none of them were near each other, so we found ourselves wandering all over. Same with TVs, we did finally find and buy a TV after wandering around with the sales rep (who was attempting to help) to locate the correct one, not marked or near the actual price sign.
