I tried to call and speak to Geek Squad. the voice on the other end of the line said, "I'm an AI assistant. how can I help". I asked for Geek Squad.
it refused to allow be to speak to Geek Squad, and refused to connect me to a human because it didn't understand me. then it told me to get support from the website. oh- then it disconnected me.
AI is cool, but when it fails- CONNECT ME TO A HUMAN. I'm done. im taking my business elsewhere.

Don't bother coming to this best buy, no worker didn't care to assist us at all. I had to literally approach one of the cashiers to ask for assistance but was informed to ask one of the Microsoft assistance to help ask for help. There was only one Microsoft assistance there & he was busy with other customers. Didn't bother to ask if we've had any questions. Last time I'll be coming to this best buy that's for sure.
