The best customer service i have experienced in a LONG time. The staff is very knowledgeable. Large variety of products on the shelf, except for Pokémon cards, which is understandable. All-in all, 5 stars!

I went into the 83rd Ave. and Bell Rd. store to buy a new computer and printer to replace an old laptop that is now obsolete and no longer supported. A nice young man with reddish hair greeted me upon entering the store and kindly gave directions to where I needed to go. There were two employees helping other customers. One at the cash register and one with two young men. I was never acknowledged while looking at laptop displays, and when I went buy the three young men, it became obvious they were trying to impress each other of the computer skills and not trying to buy anything. They finished their conversation, the employee left the area. The cashier had finished with the two paying customers, and as I started walking over to ask for help, he left the area. I shouldn’t have to chase someone down to get assistance. I called later to talk to a manager regarding the situation, and twice dialing the supposedly local number I was sent to a national call center. The operator’s foreign accent was so strong, it was very hard to understand her English. Consequently, Best Buy has lost out on $1500+ of my business, and I will verbally recommend to people when asked, to do not buy from Best Buy. I have found the same laptop, with the same features for almost $400 less elsewhere. That to indicates they are overpriced also. I recommend, DO NOT BUT FROM BEST BUY! J. White
