Dave is AMAZING!! Helped me out when no other best buy could! After I was sent in circles between my bank and Best Buy Corporate for days (10+ phone calls) Dave was able to set things straight and help me get the computer I ordered!
10/10 I didnt get the name of the other employee, but they were both absolutely phenomenal, polite, understanding and helpful!!
My computer stopped cold. Took it into my nearest Best Buy to the Geek Squad. Was met promptly by a young man named "Tuesday".

I have never been a Best Buy customer.
I started looking for TVS, and looked at a whole variety of online expert YouTube blogs, and they were very helpful. I found out that I had some very specific specifications that I wanted to see fulfilled in order to satisfy my shopping desires period they were 4K,
Mini LED Qled panel type, full array local dimming, HDR Format Dolby Vision, 144 hz refresh rate, 75".
With all of what I learned from the YouTube experts, I wanted to find either a Samsung, LG,
Hisense, or TCL TV. So next, I began to research the different outlets that offered one of those TVS with all of those specifications... and the best price! I looked at a number of places but continue to come back to Best Buy because they offered all of the TVS that I was looking at. And a bonus to their site was that they also provided a long and detailed list of specifications. Each model in which I was interested I looked at the list of specifications offered, and after that, I went to other sources of the TVs and compared prices to Best Buy and the other sources period Best Buy was the best. We went to the Best Buy #251, located at 8290 W Bell Rd., Glendale, and there, we encountered the best salesman that we could have had period we looked at several of the brands in which we are interested, we and
came to the TCL 75QM. The salesman discussed all of the brands that we were looking at with us, and together we concluded that the TCL was the TV for us. The price was the best that we could find, and in addition, because we were first time buyers, we could be considered for their 24 month no interest financing. I qualified, and we made the purchase. They also provided free delivery, which was usually $99. We saved $500, had a great experience with the purchase and became Best Buy customers. The delivery was made on time and the the delivery men were very professional and place the TV where we wanted. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Left my phone here with the “Geek Squad” for repairs. My phone was factory reset when I came to pick it up and they had detached my screen protector and told me they wouldn’t put it back on or give me a new one. Mind you I was not informed any of this would be part of the process for repairs, now I can’t use my phone.
