Used to love Best Buy for customer service and ease of purchases. Recently purchased an open box 85in Samsung TV with remote. When we got to the store they couldn't find the TV, then realized it was the one they were using in their breakroom. Which no big deal they said they would box it up with remote included, we loved the deal and went ahead with purchase. Due to the size we had to go with delivery. Delivery date was set up and all was good to go. Delivery date came and no one notified us that they did not get the tv to the warehouse and delivery was set up for 4 days later. Again, no big deal. Delivery drivers arrived and both were confused on the state of the tv. No box.. wrapped half in bubble wrap. The other half was not protected in any way. When removing the wrap we then realized no remote either.
Called customer service and was told they will just need us to bring it back to return if we are unhappy... then when we told them we are unable to do that they told us that they will set up to come get it. Just crappy and rude customer service.

Came in for a fridge. Waited. Waited. Found out only one appliance sales person.
He then helped someone who was after me, first.
Waited. Waited. Then he got to me. And then a couple came in, and they were on a first name bases... Okay. He states he'll be with them in a moment. WTH.
I was going to buy a refrigerator that we had dialed in... but he kept looking at these people... I finally said go help them. He said he'll be here this week.
However I wanted to buy then. I left. And will shop elsewhere.
I wanted / needed guidance on buying a fridge from the sales person.
