It all cones down to who is representing the business when you use it. This day we had a very competent person to help us with a "phone emergency". Since we're not into "tech" she had her work cut out for her.
"No problem", she said. For over an hour she showed the similarities a and differences between various phones. She answered questions about changing carriers, etc. I don't know whether commissions are involved, but this is the second positive phone purchase experience for me at this particular location. The Bell Road store in Surprise did not provide the same level of customer care. For this store, I would give 10 stars. I hope management appreciates these employees.
