BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Walter needs to find a new job. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I was asking questions about whether or not Best Buy carries the MacBook Pro with the nano texture display and then told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Yes Walter, it is possible to be loud AND wrong, you just proved it. Then the best part came when he told me to shut up when I asked him to stop speaking/screaming at me because he was acting like a child with a bald head and gray hair and I don’t have time for games when I’m coming some place to spend money. I spoke with Christian the GM that said he would “take care of it” but really didn’t seem that concerned when it came down to it. And then in the end I walked out empty handed because they not only didn’t have that Pro they didn’t have the Apple Watch I wanted either. Kind of a bummer. As someone who used to be a blue shirt this is just plain embarrassing. If you hate your job that much go find a new one don’t take it out on me.
