Ordered a tablet thru the Best Buy app for pickup and paid with my Best Buy card. When I arrived at the store I was rudely told they were waiting for verification from my bank on the funds. The sales woman Hannah was very rude and made the situation out to be my error. This is by far one of the worst Best buy locations in the Phoenix area.
I hope we always have the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They have the necessary human intelligence we will always need. Thank you.
Went in looking for a 40" Samsung TV, Walter, a Sales Associate said hi. I told him want I was looking for and we went to it. It was $199.00, brand new in the box. I had ckecked Amazon Prime, prior to going in; Amazon was $179.00, and would have in a couple of days. I like Amazon, but not for large electronic devices; their delivery people are rough with boxes. So I walked out with what I wanted and not a bad price. Thanks Walter, fir good customer service.
