Don't bother coming to this best buy, no worker didn't care to assist us at all. I had to literally approach one of the cashiers to ask for assistance but was informed to ask one of the Microsoft assistance to help ask for help. There was only one Microsoft assistance there & he was busy with other customers. Didn't bother to ask if we've had any questions. Last time I'll be coming to this best buy that's for sure.

Staff went above and beyond to assist me.
As good as a trip to Best Buy could be! I knew what I wanted, (2 55" TVs) had it pulled up on my phone, walked to the back, showed the young man what I was looking for and he grabbed a dolly. "Be right back" he said and he was. We walked to the front, I paid then went and got my truck. He loaded em up and I was on my way. Twelve min door to door. I never give five stars. But this was perfection.
