This the worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy and I wouldn’t spend another dime at this company.. Let’s get into this situation that I’ve been dealing with since December 27 when my package arrived without the phone that I’ve purchased(they replaced the phone with a screen protector so now I have two screen protectors instead of one)..call customer service and told them the situation just for them to tell me “Oh we’re going to look into it and see what’s going on with the shipping or see what happen to the phone waited two weeks just to tell me they’re not giving me a refund or the phone..I know you lying 🤥 I had to meditate for a second cause I was about to lose it especially when I’m spending the funds…but yea they told me to call law enforcement so they can deal with the Best Buy issue..just for law enforcement to tell me this not a serious matter that Best Buy needs to take care of their customers 🤔understand their policy and fix the issue…I called Best Buy store, law enforcement, corporation and still no refund or no phone….I guess the next step for me is the news or taking somebody to court cause Best Buy employees stealing and the whole management team is backing them up….without a doubt

Just moved to Litchfield Park and needed a lot of help with Ring cameras, Computer equipment and TV stuff. I've gone thru quite a few people before asking the manager for his "best guy". He called over Alanzo Ortega who absolutely is his BEST guy! This kid was fantastic and I do not throw out that word easily. He was well educated on all aspects of what Best Buy has to offer in electronics. Alanzo made smart suggestions to fit our needs, directed us on installation options,and spoke with us about pricing to fit our budget. If you should find yourself lost in the Best Buy in Goodyear,AZ just go to the front door and ask for Alanzo Ortega. Trust me, you'll be in good hands.

I would never come back here if it was the last best buy in Arizona. The lack of communication and customer service lacks abundantly. I'm asking for assistance meanwhile someone walks in and a immediate radio for assistance for them. The staff on the floor are having conversations with eachother but I can't get simple assistance. I'm waiting by the product I would like to purchase and steady asking for assistance. But then as I'm walking out now you want to see if I need assistance (what a joke).
Don't bother calling the customer line because managers don't take customer calls from what I was told.
Nice atmosphere they did have what internet showed I'm happy keep up the good work
