Absolutely horrible customer service. After waiting a long time to be helped, an employee finally came over — but instead of assisting my husband and me, they chose to help someone who had just arrived. This is completely unacceptable and made us feel ignored and disrespected. It’s one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time
Across the Phoenix area, the personnel at my Best Buy are helpful and courteous. However, the corporate structure of credits rebates and incentives are hard to obtain and manage.
Location was clean and I found what I needed. The reps were kind but not overly customers service. No one came up and asks if we needed help. This was a quick pop in and out though.
Really hard to get somebody to help you
