I’m extremely disappointed with the wait times at this Geek Squad location. What’s the point of making an appointment if you still end up waiting over an hour past your scheduled time? It feels completely unorganized and disrespectful of customers’ time. If they can’t honor appointment times, they shouldn’t offer them. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected from Best Buy.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Went in for a repair at geek squad and the customer service lady handled the situation completely wrong and made her own decision on what to do without consulting me and it left me without product at the end of my visit. Completely aggravating and the manager was ZERO help.

Absolutely horrible customer service. After waiting a long time to be helped, an employee finally came over — but instead of assisting my husband and me, they chose to help someone who had just arrived. This is completely unacceptable and made us feel ignored and disrespected. It’s one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time
