Purchased x-box ultimate game pass and went to enter it into my new x-box and it telling me the the code is not found. Just wish they could make sure some how that all the cards they sell are activated when purchased..

Very nice rep helping us however not a great experience. I dropped off my phone for a screen repair at my 3:20pm appt. I was told I would be contacted in 2-3 hours to pick up. I called 3 hours later to see if it was ready and the call rep was not able to get a hold of anybody at the store. I then showed up at 8:30pm before they closed to see if my phone was ready and they said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do since their machine was not working. I asked them if they tried calling me earlier to inform me and they said that no because they were too busy. I was a bit frustrated because if I was informed earlier I might have had enough time to go somewhere else to fix my phone and my whole off day was wasted. The rep was kind enough to give me a screen protector to keep my screen intact since I had to throw mine away when I gave them my phone in the beginning.
