Best Buy Goodyear

Bs store. Me and husbands tv broke while moving which is accidental damage we couldn’t get a hold of anyone at this store so we contacted corporate they said since you have insurance on the tv they should be able to give you another replacement so cool we go up there with the tv the guy at the front said yea we should be able to give you another tv. He sends us to the girl at checkout and she goes and ask her manager and he tells us no. So your corporate and a worker says yes but you say no mmmm interesting seems like nobody is on the same page. Gives a card and tells us to call the geek squad number and they will have somebody come out and fix it or if they can’t fix it they will replace it. Just for geek squad to tell us our insurance doesn’t cover the tv. Sooo the more expensive insurance is what covers it as if $50 for insurance what’s enough. Yea yall lost my business after this one.

I bought a micro SD that was dead on arrival it was 50 dollars I understand that it’s a storage device and the risk of malware. But you guys are a multi million dollar company give me my money back it matters more to me than it does to you and the product DIDNT WORK. I should not be required to hit up Nintendo to get a refund that’s crap. I snapped the SD card in half right in front of them when they wouldn’t refund me. It was useless and broken. The sad thing is I probably can’t stop shopping at Best Buy because they monopolized PC parts and are pretty much the only place that sells them. Really lame experience shame on Best Buy.

I don't know why anyone goes to Best Buy anymore. At least this one. The displays look like garbage, they aren't indicative of their actual stock, they put price labels on the wrong product, and no one ever tries to speak to you except for entering and exiting the building. And they wonder why we shop on Amazon...

visiting the geek squad after them giving it their best shot to reinstall Windows 11 on my laptop. The conclusion was that it had water damage and then I would be eligible for a $30 trade-in value if I wanted to trade it in now and purchase a new device . my wife had found a young man on the Nextdoor app who was more than able to fix my computer in one day . He did not determine there’s water damage by the way so when geek squad tells you you have a $30 upgrade for your $1200 laptop. Beware of the BS you’d be better off taking your device to like Kmart and having somebody diagnose it there.
