Went in to Best Buy to purchase an antenna, we were pointed over toward the aisle, we fumbled thru doing our own comparison, while 3 employees stood at the counter, playing on their phones. Never once were we asked if we need help. Bad customer service.
Not very helpful. The 2 people I spoke to said they didn't work in that area?
