Bs store. Me and husbands tv broke while moving which is accidental damage we couldn’t get a hold of anyone at this store so we contacted corporate they said since you have insurance on the tv they should be able to give you another replacement so cool we go up there with the tv the guy at the front said yea we should be able to give you another tv. He sends us to the girl at checkout and she goes and ask her manager and he tells us no. So your corporate and a worker says yes but you say no mmmm interesting seems like nobody is on the same page. Gives a card and tells us to call the geek squad number and they will have somebody come out and fix it or if they can’t fix it they will replace it. Just for geek squad to tell us our insurance doesn’t cover the tv. Sooo the more expensive insurance is what covers it as if $50 for insurance what’s enough. Yea yall lost my business after this one.
