Nick, Celicia, and Mason were all three lifesavers. Nick got the ball rolling yesterday as he did once before for me, getting the brainstorming going at Geek Squad. Then, today, Celicia, as she needed to meet with other customers, connected me with Mason, who was compassionate, empathetic, patient, sympathetic, and tolerant! He went far beyond anything relating to his job duties that I could have possibly imagined and got the job done, on time and with no fanfare. My wife's and my home 9120e HP Printer is up and running today, thanks to the awesome Geek Squad at Palm Pavilions West!
DO NOT DROP YOUR PHONE OFF AT GEEK SQUAD IT WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET IT BACK.

Got a TV from them price went down one week later took my receipt in credited my account everyone was very kind
They have had very few items that I have asked for. Then, I go to buy electronics (at an electronics store) and was paid no attention despite numerous attempts to get help getting 2 paid or air pods and a Samsung bud 3. Lastly, the staff knew absolutely nothing about the over $700 in headsets I was buying. I would have gone to Wal Mart if I knew i was going to get terrible service and employees with no product knowledge. You don't go to an electronics store with the expectation of the lack of experience and knowledge of electronics that I experienced that day, that is for sure. Luckily, the girl was very sweet one we got help and the price was comparable or I would have spent my over $700 elsewhere.
