Typical best buy. Clean. Needed one item was in and out with it.
I went to this Best Buy to buy an Xbox ally but I was a little sort so a very helpful worker named Vivi helped me through setting up monthly payments it didn’t work out tho as I wasn’t auto approved so she offered to cover the remaining 10$ I’ve never seen such costumer service she needs a raise thanks vivi you’re employee of the year in my mind
Shelby in the Geek Squad department 4/9/26 at noon had the worst customer service I have ever experience. The worst attitufe, walked away without saying anything, had a nasty look on her face and no explanation of anything. I will never buy or do any business again at Best Buy. I can take my money elsewhere where people are appreciative of you and your business. Maybe she needs to get a different job she actually likes so she can treat customers differently.
