These guys are the worst. Especially, never, ever, order next day delivery. They outsource to SHIPT. I was given a 7 AM to 7 PM delivery slot with no follow-up communication, so I had to stick around the house. Then at 13:24, I received a message that a shopper had been assigned.Then at 20:24 I received a message that the shopper had arrived at the store. Around, 21:00, I received a message that said they are still working on it but if it does not arrive within two weeks, they will issue a refund. This was for "next day delivery" of a large screen TV. I've heard really bad things about SHIPT drivers essentially delivering whenever they want and I am sure that BEST Buy's systems and SHIPT don't speak to each other. I am planing to cancel all my future business with BEST Buy and cancel my premium subscription. But now all the chat agents are not available. I will just order form Wal Mart, refuse delivery from Best Buy and dispute my AMEX charge. These guys are just horrible. I wasted a whole day plus with them. Never again!
