Great service excellent job
The smallest selection of keyboards, headsets, and PC building components, parts or accessories I've ever seen. They didn't even have a Glorious (GMMK) keyboard selection, or switches for keyboards,etc. They've reduced PC building and accessories to a cramped section in the far back corner of the store. Employees all huddled in groups instead of actually helping people. Not a Best Buy you want to visit.

Title: Ridiculous Geek Squad pickup policy—told it was ready, still forced to wait!
Received an alert saying my computer was ready. Arrived and was forced to make an appointment just to get my property back. The department is understaffed with long lines and no acknowledgment from employees.
Forcing an appointment for a simple hand-off makes zero sense.
Avoid this location if you value your time. Management must separate tech consultations from quick item pickups!
