I went to Best Buy with a specific intention on buying some items to stream games online. I was worried that I may not get the proper assistance, but I was wrong! I was helped by Brayan primarily. Pierce also helped me out. These guys were extremely knowledgeable in every area I needed help. I set everything up at home (I am not tech savvy), but I’m extremely happy with the results.
Thanks guys for being enthusiastic and great at your jobs.

Shelby that works in Geek Squad is rude and lacks customer service.
Store closes at 9pm. She refused to take my cell phone after 4pm. Claiming this is the store policy. Geek squad customer service agent said this was false! Also they had appt for 5pm next day to set up for me.
Shelby also said a 5pm appointment is too late!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Best Buy was a great experience. I ordered a Shark steam mop online and used curbside pickup. Everything went smoothly, pickup was quick, and the order was ready when they said it would be. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very happy with the experience and would use curbside here again.
