Nightmare buying experience.of a PS5 pro. The phone service is shit, take an hour just to get connected with someone and they don't even help you...people will just tell you lies to get you moved on so they don't have to deal with a problem their system created, corporate nightmare
Waited a few hours on the switch 2 release day. Staff came around and gave people water bottles and let everyone in line know they had enough switch 2's for everyone.
I’ve been to this store twice to get the battery in my phone changed with an appointment and nothing has been done. The first time they didn’t have the battery for my phone and the 2nd time they broke the back of my phone and still didn’t replace the battery. Not to mention we waited 3 hours only for them to say we had to come back. Now I have to come back a third time, to probably get nothing done AGAIN!
14 day return policy so if you buy PC parts that are DOA but don't put them together and trouble shoot in that time, and have not paid the extortion fee to be a member, best buy will not do anything for you. Manufacturer might, but as far as buying from best buy I would recommend direct purchases with manufacturers. 1 star since you can zero.
TLDR buy from anyone else. DOA item Ryzen 7 5800XT
