Very clean store, the in store music is for a younger crowd, and all the customers I saw were over 55. Manager should figure out the misic is for customers not staff. Otherwise great experience

Overall not a great experience.. .com shows they have an item in stock and when I get there turns out they don't. It's not their fault obviously. However, only two people in the whole store acknowledge me the security person at the front and the one guy working in computers which was only slightly problematic because that's where I needed help at and he was swamped. I can't hold being busy against an individual rep, but the reason for the low score is that several uniformed personnel walked by me. Saw me clearly looking around needing help and did not acknowledge or offer assistance which to me is a huge problem.
