The staff were not helpful.
It seems they are always irritated.
When I need something right away, this Best Buy as repeatedly come through with the thing I need at a good price. I like being able to order online and pick up my purchase the same day. My going into the store to pick up some small value items has led me to making big purchases that I might not have otherwise made there. For example, I bought an OLED TV from them after repeatedly seeing it in the store while picking up other items. Unfortunately, Best Buy's decision to stop selling Bluray movies has me in the store much less frequently than in the past.
Came in today to return a sound bar that didn't interface with my TV. At the return desk, the young man (Jacob) asked why, I explained and he immediately looked at his inventory and came up with other in house options. After he evaluated all the options he found one that can actually work. What I'm most impressed with is Jacob's demeanor, he never wavered and kept trying to find a solution. When I hear about the lack of our youth not showing up, guy's like Jacob tells me there's still hope.
Went on an afternoon and it was a quick session to grab some cords. Staff was knowledgeable and it was not a busy area so everything was quick.
