We went in to buy a microwave.
We ask an associate for help. He said he would send a salesman. We shopped for 15 to 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to help us. So we walked out the door and went to Lowe's and purchased one.

We needed some new phone chargers and accessories so we stopped into this Best Buy. An employee who said he was on the sales floor because the warehouse was all caught up helped us.
His name was Ivan and he is a total rock star! He helped us find everything we needed in a section that is usually pretty overwhelming. It was really nice to get awesome customer service from an actual human. We'll be back!

While the store does provide all the products that you will find everywhere else, the issue comes with incompetent management that will do all in their power to NOT help you and push you to use the call center that will take you on loops with the automated system. I’ve com to this place since it’s close to where I live, and every time there is a problem I would come to get it looked at since I have the complete protection plan ( the $179.99 plan that’s suppose to cover everything), but every time the staff required the authorization or control of the manager, the manager in turn would just look at the issue for a few seconds, look at us and the just send us off telling us to call the help center. I the just move to a separate location and they are able to help me no problem. I’m not sure if the management has a personal issue with us or if it’s just clear laziness, but I do not recommend coming to this place if you have issues that need fixing.
