Recho was absolutely amazing to work with. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can truly tell he cares about helping customers find the right fit instead of just making a sale. Because of the great experience I had with him, I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase my TV from him as well. Highly recommend asking for Recho if you visit
Bought a TV 7 days ago, to be delivered in 2 days, on the delivery day they called and I was told they didn't have the TV. So I over paid considerably for a TV they didn't actually have. They rescheduled a delivery for 3 days later...nope. total failure and even worse customer service. Never buy from them! NEVER!

Went to Geek Squad to get my pc fixed. To their credit they did fix my problem, but they also tried to update me to windows 11 without my permission (which is something I’m purposefully avoiding and the only reason it didn’t work was that my hard drive was too full) as well as added and deleted things that I didn’t ask for. It felt extremely invasive and I won’t be returning.
