I phoned Best Buy to discuss replacing a computer monitor that is no longer operational. The monitor remains under warranty. First of all your AI assistant is the worse ever. I had to repeat myself in different ways to explain the help I needed which was very simple. Then, I was transferred 4 different times, from department to department, explaining I needed only to replace my computer monitor which is under warranty. The last person I spoke with said that I needed to start from the beginning, speak with the same person I spoke with. She then said I needed to go to the the store. I explained that my disability prevents me from going to the BB store. I gave up. The bottom line is I WILL NEVER USE BEST BUY AGAIN. it probably doesn't mean much to them. I purchased appliances and many items from BB. NO MORE! Your foreign telephone reps do NOT understand english.
