Needed some earbuds and usually would just order off Amazon but decided to give this best buy another try. Pretty bad experience, will stick with Amazon next time. Walked store to find buds locked up, eventually found someone but he wasn't able to unlock, eventually found someone to unlock and asked to look at the box to confirm what I was getting but would not even let me hold the product or get a better look at all until after I purchased, might as well of bought online. Won't be back owells

Terrible experience with the geek squad today. Came in the morning for a quick data transfer. Told I needed to make appt, made one for 2:20p. I was on time but was not seen until 3:10. They did not have the converter needed to charge and transfer at the same time so I had to check in my phone. Then they told me they were doing someone else’s first so they could not do mine for a half hour. I waited 5 hours then returned to pick up thinking a 20min transfer should be done. It was not. It is still not done but I had to take my phone and leave.

I will never shop there again. Return policy is only 15 days regardless if you bought there warranty. I will never buy from there again.
