I really do not appreciate your service staff laughing at me when I am about to make a quick, large purchase. I walked out and bought from Costco. I need to remember that Costco has better service than Best Buy. I have never had good service from Best Buy. EVER.

I'm so freaking excited to post this review! The Auto Tech guys who installed my stereo blew me away when they professionally installed my JVC Screen radio. They let you know exactly what you'll need before they start. They were great in rescheduling the appointment.. Thank you Best Buy- my first visit was greatly appreciated..
Had a compustar remote start and alarm kit installed and Mike and Sean did an amazing job, did have a issue on my first appointment a few weeks ago that one of them were sick which I completly understand and they were very apologetic about the sitiation and I understood it completly! Stuff happens, peoples lives matter than work!! after just after about a week it took for my new appoint the work that was done and was great! I took a peek at the wiring and they did an amazing job at the wiring, no issues! Now I am only day one of the install and so far its working great, alarm sensitivity is awesome, not too sensitive just like I asked! Remote start and takeover working as requested! I requested for more time for the remote start to be more than 10 mintues and they were happy to change it for me no isues! I would recommend bringing your car here for any installs, now this review is the location for supersition springs so I cannot say how the install is at other locations but Mike and Sean at the SS Location will have me coming back in a few months for another kit install on my new car! They've defineitly earned my trust and business in the car install department!
