Trying to contact a human for two days on my phone being on hold an hour each day after going threw your AI hell ! Soo I went to Best buy with the question. Front greeter stated I need to see geek squad. I feared not again. I gave them the benefit of doubt and went over with a simple question. Is my warranty on my phone with extended warranty purchased special still effective? Having the recipt in my hand. I did say after stating hello and explained ived tried to get a human for two days before coming in. The person behind the counter stated you need an appointment!!! Ok here we go a simple question after explaining to the geek person that I tried for two days with no human to ask. As if I was not important enough to speak kindy to without an appointment. I finally received an answer my warranty was approximately two weeks outdated. Swell, I thanked them because the first geek went in the back to get another geek to give the bad news. I let the poisonous environment walking to the phones and actually spoke to a kind informative young knowledgeable person.
Time for a team meeting with the geek squad on no matter who comes to the other side of the counter treat them with the respect they deserve. Listen with an open mind is extremely important with or with out an appointment. Second time in less then a year having to deal with this hostel attitude of geek squad in this heat buy.
