Had a floor model refrigerator from here bought for me. It died 30 days later. Even though they had another on the floor they would not just exchange it out they gave me the next expensive alternative, a dirty used model on the floor that was 71 dollars more. Like I said the first one was a purchased donation from love society so at least it just wasnt refunded and I was out a refridgerator. They could have given me the same floor model but it had no sticker on it. The whole thing could have been worse. I did lose 250 dollars worth of food that they said I could go on the website and be reimbursed but that's impossible to make happen.

Not a great experience. The young salesperson was very condescending and attempted high pressure sales with me. He's probably a decent kid, but his aggression was not appreciated. I'll find a new desktop computer elsewhere.
