This store is understaffed because Best Buy doesn't pay well. So glad we have a Microcenter and Best Buy can be the next vacant Blockbuster.
Best buy is not the best buy of 4 years or more ago. Sales staff is not familiar with product, not can you find one when needed. Some of the merchandise displayed has no price tags. Overall, I ended up going to competitors stores.
I miss the days when customer service was a service for the customers.

simply called the store, took forever for anyone to answer. person who did was not even at the location and cant check stock for me or anything so basically worthless. she keep insisting to drive down to the location which is over an hour away. What happened to the days where we can simply call a store and say hey, do you have this in stock... 2026 is cooked. I remember now why i never step inside a best buy. 2 years later i gave it a small chance and people on the phone ruin it lol. GG , probably why yall keep closing stores
