I was expecting Best Buy regular employees that would detail the best,better.or over the edge. I found out the merchandise was returned for some reason.

It’s impossible to get through to the store even though they sold us a defective appliance. We were told by Jacob D. that the appliances were tested before being sold. This dryer clearly was not tested. It makes loud noises on the inside and doesn’t dry. We drove 1 1/2 each way to buy new appliances and the dryer doesn’t work after we paid someone to install when we got back to our house. All of the other appliances work fine so far. Now I have to disconnect the dryer and drive 1 1/2 hours each way to go and bring it back even though they don’t have it in stock to exchange. Now we will have a mismatch set even though we bought this set because it matches.
