Geek Squad...while it was busy the few that were working did not seem to be into doing their job. One guy clearly was letting it be known he was in no hurry to help as he made no eye contact, did not address the next person waiting with a simple greeting just mumbled when speaking and even walked away to come back sucking down a power drink. He looks like a leprechaun with his statement look at my black painted finger nails. 😳 A few of us standing there for a half hour or more could have been asked why we where there to save time. I say this because one person clearly standing there with a large item in hand was told your in the wrong line after waiting a very long time. Once again due to "LAZY" behavior this could have been avoided. As a long time customer ie decades of BB, personal CS has gone down due to the idea of individuals so called rights to behave as they want to. Maybe at your home you can behave this way but this is a place of business where you work and are paid to be there. To the owner/management, will you simply use a scripted meaningless reply type apology or actually address this in person with your employee's?

I would have given Best Buy 5 stars but their customer service has dropped off. I experienced no willing to help. So much that I left. Maybe it was just that day.
