Despite some of the geeks that were not really knowledgeable about the store policy and/or reading a person's account when giving them the number. it is usually good. However, I do not recommend buying open boxes for certain things such as game consoles and anything of that nature. This could be an isolated issue that I may have experienced today. I bought a PS5 that has a CD area. The CD gamed would not play any games. ( I kept getting an error on all the games.) I tried to bring it in to be repaired. someone from the Geek Squad basically was trying to tell me I'm S.O.L.
So sometimes it's good to check and see for yourself and not listen to the first opinion. Turns out I was able to return the game console for a full refund due to the fact I just bought it not too long ago. I asked to buy a brand new one of the same 1 that I bought and the associate tried to sell me the higher one that wasn't even the 1 that I brought in the first place. So when I brought it to his attention, he got mad about it. Then tell me they didn't have what I wanted in stock and if I wanted it that I should return the one I just brought and order it online. I was like no problem. So I decided to take my business elsewhere.
