Best Buy Camelback

Went here today to recycle some old electronics and also look for a new screen protector for my phone. From the moment I walked in here, not one employee acknowledged me. I walked around looking for an employee to help me but the few they had were busy and the two I saw that looked free were busy cracking jokes with each other and being avoidant. I then waited in line to recycle my old electronics, but once it was my turn, the employee at the register pretended he didn't see me and just walked away. Never shopping here again, Amazon only from here on out. Best Buy, count your days.

SCAM STORE. They sell counterfeit products. I bought what was supposed to be brand-new, sealed Bose earbuds from Best Buy. The box looked perfect — untouched — and I never opened it. When I went back to return it, the staff checked and said it was fine. I even asked them to open it at the register to be safe; they said it wasn’t necessary but finally did. Then came the shock: they refused the return, claiming the serial number didn’t match the box — even though this was exactly how they sold it to me. When they opened it, one ear tip was missing. That’s when I realized I might have been sold a tampered or counterfeit item right from their shelf. Instead of investigating, the staff treated me like a criminal. They assumed I swapped the product, humiliated me in public, and refused to help. Absolutely disgusting customer service — arrogant, careless, and dishonest. I’ve already reported to Attorney General’s office about this scam and it’s under investigation. Never trust or again will buy anything from Best Buy, you will end up paying full price for a fake and getting blamed for their mistake
