This is the first time going to this Best Buy and we spent awhile waiting around the printer section for someone to acknowledge us and then looking around the store for help. Even though it is Christmas season, the store was emptier than we expected.
Anyways, the reason I gave 5 stars was because Cole saved the day by helping us at the register to order the printer we wanted - very patient and double checked that all of our info was correct. If it wasn't for Cole, I would've given this location 1 star and left to another location.
If you need help just look for Cole.

Purchased an open box item and was told everything was in there, should've checked before I left considering I drove 2 hours to get there. Many parts missing which made the item unusable, Super bummed.
I was trying to buy an open box item and it wasn't ringing up in the register. The price was listed for $60. Stacy and Brandon had me waiting over 15 min and ended up trying to sell it to me for $100. Poor customer service and false advertising.

Best buy always has the best cases
