I cam to this store to return a gift that did not suit my needs. The refund process was easy and the cashier was helpful. However, the Geek Squad manager Dave was very unhelpful. As this purchase was a gift I was asking for it to be returned as a store credit so I can make the purchase of the item that would work for me. Dave said that because I had a normal receipt and not a gift receipt for what I clearly stated was a gift he refused to provide a store credit and instead insisted that it be returned to the card of the purchaser of the gift. This was all despite the cashiers present saying it would be possible and he would only have to mark it as a gift receipt. Why a business would not want to ensure that the money returned would be used in their store is beyond me. I will never shop at this location again as Dave was incredibly unhelpful. If I could mark them 0 stars I would.

Had my Pc fail on me the manager David and the representative shamus went absolutely above and beyond to help me get a new pc at an insane deal! Highly recommend if you are in the area and have any pc needs come ask for David and shamus!

Poor service, I made a purchase of a computer here and was told I was unable to return it the first day I purchased it despite it not working. This was after trying for hours to reach the store... I finally went in to be told that I would not be able to return the non working computer that I purchased only hours earlier... I will never shop with this company again Thanks for responding but I am not on social media. I was able to rectify this, and I am updating the score.
