so I’m excited to share my experience with this particular store and this particular gentleman.
my first visit was for an HP printer got what I was looking for however, when I took it home, I realize that I needed something bigger so I figured I needed to go back and spend some more money lol
I walked in with my return and behold the same gentleman walked up to the counter and said hi Sylvia, something I can help you with and immediately I was impressed.
he actually listened to my first shopping experience you remember the things that I said to him, and he also helped me with the phone case that he took notice of my name so when I came in today, I said to him, I am looking for a new printer One that is a little bigger maybe I need something that is going to feed more Pages so was prepared to most likely to spend some more money. He said no worries. I got you come on over. He actually found me one a little less than what I spent for the first one I was like wow this is cheap cheaper. He said yeah promotion!! I was like this is great!!
overall my experience at the store has been Pleasant made me feel seen and heard.

I initially assumed I may have visited on an off day, but after reading other reviews, it seems my experience wasn’t isolated. The interaction I had with the manager, who was also acting as the cashier, was very disappointing. I’ve never felt so disrespected over such a minor issue.
I was told in-store that I couldn’t complete my return, so I called the Best Buy customer service line for clarification. They informed me there should be no issue processing the return. Based on that information, I went back to the store to respectfully clarify the situation. I made it clear that if the return still couldn’t be processed, I would understand. I simply wanted consistency after receiving two different answers.
Unfortunately, the experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management addresses the professionalism and communication concerns.

Had difficulty finding a clerk to assist me, they all seemed to look past me. Very helpful after I tackled one.
