I went in to buy package for streaming which included a laptop and microphones. They had none of the items they showed me in stock so they had to ship it to me but the sales rep never bothered to verify the address so it shipped to an old place I had not lived at in years and they didn't even require a signature or verify the address. Carlos was very helpful and resent a new one at no cost to me and offered to ship another one. Now I'm several days in and still have no laptop and now they are informing me I have to go pick it up but won't provide verification it is ready for pick up.
This has been trouble service and I still have no product.
