My partner and I just went to the store to buy a very expensive item, I needed to use the restroom and a manager by the name of robert who has a very angry looking, unfriendly, unhappy, aggressive face, kept starring at me, making me feel so uncomfortable, he made me feel like he was guarding me, and no person should be treated like this! On my way out robert the manager was again there by the entrance, starring at me again but this time I keep eye contact, at no time he stopped looking at me so I asked him, Sr. Why are you starring at me like that? He says, because I can, I just wanted to say “have a nice day”, well I said you already did and you still starring at me and making me feel so uncomfortable, so stop, he says no I won’t I can continue looking at you!, and I said wow, so I ask an associate for a 1800 number, so I can call to submit a complaint, this person robert kept on answering my question directed to the associate, so I asked robert, to stop talking to me as I’m not directing any of my questions to him, he said, no because I can just answer your questions, the associate gave a 1800 number and said “I’m so sorry”, robert at no time stop talking, starring, or trying to instigate, … Someone from corporate do something about this, this needs to be penalized, robert was probably thinking that I was a homeless, or a thieve, this is very humiliated and I wanted to advice to all the people who go to that store to be aware of this person robert, he has the title of a “manager” but in no way he is one! No personality, looks angry, upset, ready to fight, wow!
I won’t be back to this store never! And I will contact 1800 number because this is in any way, shape or form acceptable!
