Complete waste of time going here. No wonder the store was completely empty. After waiting around for about 15 minutes, not one employee said anything to me. Then a guy came up to try and help me to upgrade my phone, read off an address I haven’t lived in 21 years that apparently you guys have on file. Then proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t be able to upgrade my phone even though I’m eligible for an upgrade. I’d have to wait a month for my phone or something. It was very confusing very poor customer service very uncomfortable in general
