Although I received confirmation the day prior, the Pokémon Day event FOR KIDS was scheduled from noon to 2. They started it at 10, letting all these people without kids take all the fun! We got there a little before noon and it was all over. My kids had been excited; they dressed up in Pokémon costumes, got their binders ready to trade, play, and have fun with other Pokémon kids, and obviously were very disappointed! Then they told us to try Tempe Marketplace as they were going to start theirs soon, and I said, "Are you sure? It doesn't say online they are doing anything." The employee replied with, "Yes, absolutely." We drove all the way there and THEY WEREN'T DOING ANYTHING POKÉMON! DISAPPOINTED YET AGAIN!

Wow just wow. Imagine having parents spend their morning getting their kids excited and ready for a pokemon event only to have best buy start it early and not tell anyone. 4 kids we had to get ready just to break their hearts because yall wanted to what? Give people with no kids all the cards? You're company continues to drop the ball with pokemon and we've caught multiple of your employees stashing cards.

You should train your employees to at least “ACT” like they care about customers. Your “manager” Mario showed me why this is a dying retail business. I Bought the beats headset 8 days ago, and got a defective set, now the price changed even though I bought it on sale and it’s a defective product. Now I need to pay the extra $50 because it’s not on sale anymore?? They asked are you a total member? Is said now, she said then year, manager won’t help you. Nobody could explain why. SAD to say the least. Shame on you Best Buy.
