I bought a $550 oura ring and paid via the app because I could pick it up today. I went to pick it up and they sent me through four identical processes to pick it up via 3 different people. After about an hour of this, I asked how much longer it might take as I had $200 of groceries in the car that would spoil if left out. At this point, the store manager took a nasty tone with me.
What a horrible experience. Next time I will definitely just buy whatever electronic product elsewhere as not only did I get thrown through a ton of loops just to pick up an already paid for item, but also was berated and patronized in the process by incompetent staff.
