If I could give 0 I would. Came back a few weeks ago on a tv I bought bck in June , was told lg would fix it however they claim since it open box they can’t. I wa promised by store manager I would be able to exchange it if I came back, been wasting my time coming back and hours waiting for him only to tell me he can’t change it . Now I have a product I can’t enjoy and after being promised an exchange and I’ll pay the difference they go back on it. I would not recommend buying from here and I won’t buy from here again.
