I came in yesterday to pick up a new laptop for school and a new modem / router for a house. Best Buy made the process easy but the rep was not initially thorough in checking my BB membership. When I began asking questions about services they could perform for my new and old laptops he assumed that I wasn't a member we should have shown up on the computer when I checked out my merchandise. My wife and I were looking to buy other products but decided to return to the ahwatukee Best Buy location and shop there instead. We were not in agreeance with the vibes here.

Came for a curbside order, for one item, 20 minutes before close, waited for an associate to come out, nobody came out and went to the door with the curbside code and the lady mouthed the words "we're closed" very very disappointed will be shopping elsewhere for now on.
