Hard to keep consistent with this store. Do drops Fridays and Saturdays but sometimes they'll have it Friday. Sometimes they'll have it Saturday all up to the discretion of the employees. Makes it rough when I have to travel out from out of town to even come to these drops

Purchased a graphics card for my computer. I paid the Best Buy Get Squad to install it. They told me the price and have me a day to pick up. On pick up day we went to Best buy expecting to pick up the computer with the graphics card installed; however, they said they didn't have the needed part, so had done nothing. They didn't call me to let me know so that I could take it somewhere else. They didn't call to tell me the party needed so that I could purchase a part and bring it in. They did nothing and didn't tell me until pick up day. Ugh. Poor customer service Best Buy.
