I was willing to drop few grand if someone would have even addressed my lurking presence in the audio dept. I have an rv that needed to the whole audio visual version setup. Backup cameras, stereo, speakers and car play installation. Stood where I was told to for 30 min and gave up after no consultation or even a nod of aknowledgement I was waiting for service.

Daniel at the Prescott Valley, AZ Best Buy is an absolute wizard. I walked in with what I thought was a dead flash drive—memories, files, and important information all seemingly lost to the tech void. Daniel didn’t flinch. He calmly assessed the situation, listened to what was going on, and somehow managed to identify the exact right cable needed to access the data.
