Just walked after 20 minutes of looking at TV. Multiple sales staff talking amongst each other. Not one approached me. They weren't even busy. Trash custumer service

Left 2 devices (over 1000 dollars) for possible trade in. Had to go thru apple security, was told could take a hour.
They took my phone down. 2 hours later no call, Nearly impossible to actually talk to someone at the store. Had to talk to numerous people over seas to get the stores extension number. Took 20 min, finally on the phone they're rude and ask what's going on won't tell me, Jack diddly squat and say too bad it's been ready. Super un professional.
The overseas tech(that i thought was a store employee) said should get a minimum of $300 for my iPhone with condition its in. Was ultimately after almost 3 hours quoted 150. After obviously not taking that they would not replace my screen protector they removed to offer me that low price. So nice. Would not recommend. Was treated like crap and the treated me like a theif cause i didn't know my passcode. Their behavior slightly improved when i proved my purchase...... thru Best Buy. Employees at this location are trash and assume the worse of you snd cant update you
