Recently took my laptop in for repair. They said it would take 4 weeks & had to be shipped to KY! Then while it was there I get an email saying they wouldn't work on it any further unless I agreed to pay $99 upon pickup. So I agreed. Then I get another email saying my part is back ordered. Finally I get a call that it's back in Prescott & I can pick it up. I make an appt with Geek Squad for the next day & first he can't find my computer then after 10 minutes of looking everywhere, he brings it to the counter & opens it up, turns it on, and this weird stuff comes up on my screen. I asked him what was going on. He said "oh, they did a complete factory reset so basically you have a new computer." I was like WHOA! All I needed was my screen replaced. No one TOLD me they were going to wipe out my entire computer! His response was :well, they should have told you that was a possibility when you dropped it off." I was so angry! I had to go home & reinstall EVERYTHING myself! Microsoft 365, my printer & drivers, all my documents which fortunately I had backed up on the cloud, all the programs (which a week later I am still not done with), and all the bills I pay online that I had saved sign ons to were wiped out since Microsoft was wiped out!! I will NEVER buy or service another product from them again!

Once I actually managed to get help, it went smoothly. I needed to buy a cell phone, but there were no salespeople there. Then, when I tracked one down, she tried to sign me up for their credit card. When I said no, she calles for somebody to actually get me the phone, which he did after he tried to convince me to get the credit card.
They sold me a tv without the stand and refuse to make it right
