This long time Best Buy customer just experienced her last visit. You can’t call and speak to anyone locally and when you make an appointment for service, you’re shuffled off to customer service who can’t really help you because your iPhone 14Pro Max is so old (sarcasm) that they don’t stock the screen protectors. The kicker is that to place the order I have to go without a screen protector until the order comes into Best Buy. What nonsense! Best Buy used to be amazing but no longer.

DO NOT EVER GET SOMETHING DELIVERED FROM HERE! Orded a really nice 48" double oven, I paid $500 more than other stores selling the same product, I did that because Best Buy said it would be delivered sooner than the other stores. This was for a new construction home. I had crews here waiting for if so it could be installed and the countertops could be fit to the over properly. NO SHOW on the oven. I called and I was promised delivery 2 days later. It's 2 days later and now they are saying 7 more days. This house has a final inspection in 3 days.
