Called the local store number. Waded through the AI to finally get to a person. Said person was not at the store (they were at the online center) which meant they had no way to answer my question. I wanted to know if there was a demo unit for a specific phone model on the floor to view and was told that they do not have that information online. I asked why I was rerouted to the online center when I called the local number and was told that that's just how the phone system works. I then asked if my call could be forwarded to someone at the store and was told that that's not possible.

I bought a Samsung A17 5G phone from best buy because I trusted them. This phone is a slow, aggravating, glitchy low grade phone. I didn't think best buy would sell me junk. It's my fault really but, no more blindly trusting the best buy name.
