I highly recommend to stay as far away from Best Buy as possible. As builders have been loyal customers for appliance purchases for 5+ years. We have paid for the total tech membership and even recommended them to clients. But we will never use or recommend Best Buy again. We have had two awful scenarios in the last 6 months . Firstly we had ordered appliances for a client and when it came time for delivery they pushed the delivery by months at a time. Delaying the build and never giving us a delivery date. We ended up having to cancel the order completely and order the appliances from Spencer’s who had them ordered delivered and installed within 5 days! Secondly we had Best Buy deliver and install appliances for our clients home. They live here part time and after two used noticed the dishwasher was leaking. When we spoke with Best Buy even with their warranties and memberships they planned to charge the client 200+ dollars just to look at the appliance. We took it upon ourselves to pull it out and look ourselves and it had been delivered and installed DAMAGED!! we have spoken to Best Buy on several occasions and they refuse to take responsibly to look at, fix, or replace the item. It’s ashame. Stay away! Go to Spencer’s Appliance for all appliance needs.. they stand behind their products and treat their customers with respect something Best Buy knows nothing about

I went in to have my computer looked at, no one acknowledged I was waiting, greeted me or said anything. Very bad customer service
