do not purchase iPhones through Best Buy. they will jack up your verizon account. I paid 1600 for an iPhone through them, waited two weeks and it was never shipped out. they then said they couldn't refund it and I had to work it out with Verizon. spent 4 hours on the phone with verizon and still not resolved.

Went the other day after our TV died, with 100% intentions of buying a 75 inch from them. There were literally over 10 employees and not one ever bothered with us. After asking one of the employees if we could get some help since being in the store 15 minutes already, we decided to take our business elsewhere. When literally walking out an employee asked if we found what we were looking for...I was like well we asked for help and no one could be bothered, to which he said I'm sending someone to you. Sorry, after almost 20 minutes in your store no hello no nothing that said enough to us. So, I told him guess you didn't want our business, you just lost an over $600 sale which he then says "ok, thanks." We drove straight to Walmart and bought the 75 inch from them.
