Guy said he was going to check on something. Clearly sounded annoyed and never came back. I just left the phone on speaker. After 45 min they hung up. Wish I would have got a name.

I am trying to reach someone physically in the store at Best Buy in Scottsdale. I called customer service and they told me that I needed to make an appointment to speak with someone in the store. I would have to go there physically. Obviously that wouldn’t work for me because I live out of state. I just needed to simply speak with someone at the store and the person I spoke to was unable to transfer the call. This is like the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. They need to do something better.

Zero help buying a TV and sound system. It's too bad Best Buy can't get any good help. Went to Amazon. They delivered a $3000 package the next day. At least we were able to touch and feel what we bought.
