I've been to this location 3 times, after seeing what I need, in stock online, and calling , staff looked it up in their system when I got there, saying the items were in stock at the store, only they couldn't locate the items, all three time. A few days later the items are still listed as in stock., poor inventory control.

Best Buy is a tremendous store and has been a landmark in Scottsdale for many years. They offer a wide range of excellent electronics, especially when it comes to TV options. I recently purchased a Samsung TV there and had a fantastic experience. I’d like to personally recognize Peyton for his outstanding customer service, great knowledge, and strong support throughout the process. He is a tremendous asset to the organization, and I highly recommend this Best Buy location.
Terrible store. The new virtual assistant when you try and call does nothing- So you can't get tech support over the phone.
