Absolutely horrendous experience! I bought a Samsung TV on clearance for $100, drove 30 minutes to pick it up, and when I got there, it was a total joke. The TV was handed to me with no box, no accessories, nothing—just the TV itself. I’m seriously convinced the employees either stole the accessories or purposely gave me an incomplete product to keep it for themselves. Wasted my time, gas, and now I’m stuck with nothing but frustration. This is unacceptable. I will never be coming back here again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this place. I would give zero stars if I could!
