I was door dashing for a customer and they requested a laptop, when I finally got someone to help his first reaction was we don't have it. Only after another employee came over was he then willing to look for the item. I wish I had gotten his name but I did let the supervisor at the front door know about this. Sure the item wasn't for me but my customer spent over 1500.00!!!

Subpar at best. Debated me on the price that was listed in their ad, on line and the tag on the shelf. Ended up giving me an older model of the device I was picking up because THAT version was on sale. Also made me wait like 20 mins while the staff had an impromptu meeting on the topic. I'll choose a different best buy, or go to Amazon, next time.

Beat Buy has some good stuff but they need to have a better selection when it comes to some things. I would like them to have more Pokemon cards & they need to make more invites available when it comes to Pokemon SPC. Make them available in store
