I seriously had the best service and kindness here from a floor rep today. So refreshing. BRING BACK SHOPPING LOCAL 📣 (Corporation or not, it supports local businesses, local jobs and fosters face to face human connection when the world is lacking y’all) Ryan, a sales rep there, was so kind… I walked in going off a shopping list I forgot in the car, (classic me move) and he spoke to me kindly regardless, and helped me find exactly what I needed for an intricate home stereo set up, without judgement. Thanks Ryan! Super professional customer service 👊 And thank you Best Buy! (Otherwise I’d have done a trial n error purchase after purchase on Amazon, and it would have cost a lot more) 🤣 Best Buy is alive and well y’all 🤘

We recently purchased a 98” TLC TV at Best Buy. The supervisor, Eduardo Antonio and Home Theater Category Advisor, Amir Sajjadi assisted us with the purchase. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very pleasant. It was such a pleasure to work with the two of them. What’s more, after purchasing the TV, we found it at another store for a lesser price and Eduardo after checking the details, price matched and credited our Best Buy account. Amir knows so much about TVs and other items in his department. We are so happy and feel blessed to have been fortunate to get them to help us. I appreciate their dedication and commitment to excellent customer service. I highly recommend Best Buy primarily because of Eduardo and Amir!
