I had a phone catastrophe and and after going to TMobile I am happy I bought nothing there and came to Best Buy. Although the Verizon rep inside BB is NOT helpful and guided me towards a phone that I specifically told him I did NOT want, (locked, to verizon) he tried to make a sale without offering any info unless I asked and then it was a Y or N. He was misleading and emotionless/mechanical. Thankfully he passed me off to the blue counter and the Geek Squad and BB employees at the counter figured it all out. Fixed the misguided Verizon mess and I got solutions and answers from Oscar who set me up with an unlocked phone, got it activated (no fee) with my broken phone's sim card for half TMobile's cost and I walked out the door with a working phone, same #. I will never go to a phone store first again! As long as you avoid the Verizon rep (black shirt) and stick to the Blue Shirts or Geek Squad in this store you will have options, answers and be taken care of. I did not know a broken phone solution could ever be this easy and fast! Thank you Oscar and team!

Went shopping specifically for a sound bar for a TV. Matt, the AV associate explained the different applications and the "POS, Good, Better, Best, Can't Afford It" choices. Best Buy usually has what you need at a reasonable price and a person can actually inspect the item prior to purchase.

Purchased something online and the representative over the phone said it be ready in 30 minutes. I got to the store and the guy was like it takes an hour so after driving 30 minutes to the store, I have to wait 30 minutes extra. They give false information and the people working at the store have horrible customer service only came to the store because it was in stock. Other than that I don’t recommend this store.
