Slow and unhelpful. - they sold me on a new MacBook with a "sweet" trade in program. After wiping my previous computer they then told me they couldn't trade in due some Scottsdale regulations. I wasted my time and did nothing. This only after they spent literally over 30 mins trying to find my product.

I like to go to the store/pick up, but the shipping is not really great, most of the time the package is a way from the front door or the garage door. Not in the mail. They don’t handle it in a nice way, under the sun / rain they don’t care. Other than that most of the workers are nice. And I like to purchase most of the stuff they have.

I took 3 different days off of work. After I bought a $3,000 TV they were supposed to mount. Nobody ever showed. Everybody's pointing fingers. Eff best buy eff geek squad. If i could give zero stars I would
