Great store, service was wonderful. Mack helped me find a screen protector and applied it perfectly. Seems like a small thing, but when I went to Apple they made me feel like my phone was obsolete. Best Buy had exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back
Micah and the woman at Geek Squad were not helpful at all. They tried to charge me for the installation of a replacement screen protector, even though I have never had to pay anything beyond the initial installation fee. The Camelback location replaced it without any issue. They made me drive all the way there for nothing. I will not be coming back to this location.

Visit this store often and customer service is usually ok. However, this time was better usual. Jack and Eva in electronics were so helpful in an emergency situation needing to replace a broken iPad before a long road trip. They were so helpful in getting us what we need and assisting us and putting a screen on and getting a durable cover. If you need electronic help ask for them. On another note it was very unprofessional hearing the supervisor reprimand them about their “role”.
