I went in to pick up an online order and to inquire about a different online order being delayed. Joseph, I believe he is a manager there, did an amazing job at getting my issue resolved, as did his associates Chris and Jesse. They really saved the day and they all treated my family and I with kindness, professionalism, and care. I would recommend shopping at this Best Buy and they have earned my business for as long as I am in the greater Phoenix area. 10/10.
Purchased a 98 in tv
Complicated by offers that didn't come to pass...but Adam and Mario and the managers made good on promises regardless....very pleased and happy with my purchase
Tried to trade in watch manager wasn’t even willing to help and employees think that watching YouTube is more important than helping customers apparently. It’s one thing to not be able to do something but to have earbuds in and a YouTube video playing that the customer can actively see is insane.
