I've been a Total Tech member for many years and today Best Buy wasted about two hours of my time. I believe their phone support is the worst in the industry. I have a fairly simple issue. My laser printer won't connect to my Notebook. After spending close to two hours on the phone, with multiple techs in India. I gave up. I was told that I can't have someone in the store fix my issue and I would have to pay to have a tech come onsite to fix it. It's impossible to get anyone in the store on the phone. When you call the store, you are transferred to an AI phone line and after pissing you off, they transfer you to the call center in India who continues to waste your time. I'm paying a total tech membership fee every year so this company can waste my time!!! I'm sure my printer issue is a simple fix and I'm going to bring my printer into the store hoping I can get a manager to assist. I just purchased two TV's from Best Buy today. I've been purchasing my appliances, computers, printers, and pretty much all my electronics from Best Buy for years now. A couple of years ago, I had to replace one of my laptops after a Best Buy support rep in India did something via remote service to my laptop that was having a minor issue. I recall the notebook developed strange problems after allowing the tech to remotely log into my notebook. It was never the same. Best Buy used to have excellent service. It's not the same store it was a few years ago. Not sure why they think it's a good idea to make it impossible to call and speak with someone in their stores. They really should assign decision making that affects customer support to employees with IQ's in triple digits.

Went in to get a new phone and laptop. Very helpful. Helped with transferring everything from my old phone to my new one. Great customer service.
