Bought an 85-inch tv, couldn't deliver for a week and then they no showed, 4 more days before I could even get someone to try to reschedule as it was locked online, days later I'm still not getting call backs or any ability to reach the same people in the store

Do NOT buy any appliance from Best Buy. The dishwasher they installed leaked and flooded the kitchen the same day. This happened early July. It is now mid-September. I have been on over a dozen phone calls and multiple ticket escalations but NO ONE CONTACTS despite them always saying someone will within 24 to 48 hours. WEEKS pass with no contact, I always call in and it's the same repeated situation.
