((((Update… I received a replacement for the TV today and it’s great I went to call Mason at the store and thank him he helped out so much when every phone support agent refused to. BUT!! I forgot Best Buy won’t connect anyone to the store. Best Buy really needs to work on their horrible phone support. The only reason I chose 5 stars is because Mason an in store employee helped out when numerous phone support agents refused to help even the “Managers” on the phone refused to help. THANK YOU MASON!!! I’ll try to thank you in person sometime. Once again don’t even try the phone at Best Buy they are horrible people that really don’t care about the outcome for the customer))))Went in to pick up a new TV and had to wait for a while but they were busy so I waited got my TV home and the entire lower half of the screen was darker than the other. So I had to get a return done I called customer service and they were no help at all and just said they couldn’t do anything. Came in the store and Mason I’m not sure if he was a manager or not if not he should be he listened to the problem and took care of it right away. Great customer service. Tip if you have a problem go to the store. Phone customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Mason at this location is the best. Thank you Mason!!!
