I recently visited this store. I was trying to resolve an issue and couldn't find the answers I needed. I talked to the manager at this location, and it seemed like he didn't want to help me. He gave me the number for corporate, but it was just the regular Best Buy number. I found that out when I got home to call it. It's rare to find someone who will actually help you when it comes to Best Buy. I will avoid this location as much as I can.
