Great service a little pricey on printer ink a ripoff in my opinion. The Geek Squad is too much trouble to get in to see them I would find another source of help.
My salesman was knowledgeable and not pusty even though he was on commission. My My decision on a home theater system, center speaker, two rear speakers ant sub woffer but it was not in stock. Paid more for something to take with me.
I hate this best buy and I avoid it like the plague. Every employee i talk too is pissed off, I came here for help, not to be treated like a burden and not talked to in a condescending way.

I lined up for Pokemon stock to be released. There were 60 people lined up by open. They only had 4 items. They opened late and backdoored the missing items.
The item I’m referring to is shipped to the store in a box of 10. This means they backdoored at least 6 of them, it is impossible for them to have only had 4, impossible. The workers made customers wait for hours and hours just to steal what they were waiting for, from them. More people should have had opportunity to get what they waited for but the workers didn’t let that happen. Very sad. The workers could have at least went outside prior to open and let people know how many was available.
