Put in a pick-up order. Two hours later. Still, no notification the item is ready. The lovely employee did his best to find it. Eventually, he informed me that the item was probably stolen, and the inventory didn't reflect that.
A 30-minute drive, and 2-hour wait to leave empty-handed. And still having to wait for a return.
I was emailed AFTER leaving, and AFTER the 30-minute drive home that the item is out of stock.
The store was not busy. I'm sure they have something akin to Zebras. That order should have been updated within the hour that was promised.
The saving grace was the lovely employee. Chill dude. 💐
Best Buy... Be better. Do better. 😕
