I lined up for Pokemon stock to be released. There were 60 people lined up by open. They only had 4 items. They opened late and backdoored the missing items.
The item I’m referring to is shipped to the store in a box of 10. This means they backdoored at least 6 of them, it is impossible for them to have only had 4, impossible. The workers made customers wait for hours and hours just to steal what they were waiting for, from them. More people should have had opportunity to get what they waited for but the workers didn’t let that happen. Very sad. The workers could have at least went outside prior to open and let people know how many was available.
Absolutely refuses to help me answer the most basic of questions for the speakers they have, and refuses to transfer me to anyone in the magnolia center without collecting my personal information first.

Geek squad in Hayden BB were exceptional. We were there 3 days in a row, with various problems ( 3/18 - 19 - & 20). We had a HP and an Apple.
They were very patient, we weren't rushed despite no appt's., spoke in a language we could understand. We're in our late 70's and tech is not always so " intuitive".
I can't remember names exactly. Jacob( different spelling), and poss. Johnathan.
One NEGATIVE- Best Buy's method of making appt. for Geek Squad is horrible !!!!!
