Helpful mostly. Have what I needed but some prices are more by double in some things.
TV jumps channels and inputs frequently. Best buy does not honor their warranty at all. It's all lies

Don’t waste your money on a printer from these people, and definitely don’t waste money purchasing a warranty/service contract. What a joke! Not only will they just want to keep replacing it over and over (which they’d done once already after I’d only had it less than 2 weeks), instead of issuing a refund for a printer that I’ve only had 2 months, but they’ll only give store credit, as though I want to continue to do business there after this ridiculous nonsense. And on top of that, the rude supervisor wants to tell me in the most condescending tone she can muster, to have a nice day. May as well have given me the middle finger - at least that would have been genuine.

Well, that was disappointing. My husband and I just spent over $3,000 at this particular store 3 weeks ago. Part of which included a new cell phone case for my phone, unfortunately he grabbed the wrong one, but we were past the 14-day window and they would not let us even exchange it unless we paid the $50 to upgrade his membership again...
I completely understand store policy, but we just wanted to exchange it for the correct phone case. Guess we should have just bought everything on Amazon... super disappointing.
