Would not take my iPad that I got at a garage sale and the said sorry I can not take it but I called them and they said they could do it
This store could care less about customer satisfaction. We bought a phone that was on sale online and asked that it be delivered to the Sierra Vista store.
When we were finally given a delivery date, it was when we were going to be out of town. My husband stopped by the store and asked if they would keep the phone until our return. He was told no problem. They would keep it for a month.
Five days after the delivery date, he was notified that his order had been cancelled and his money refunded.
He stopped at the store upon his return and asked if they would honor the sale price because he wanted to rebuy it and explained what had happened. The manager shrugged it off and just said no. They lost two customers for life over $50.
Wait in line for long up to have someone with an appointment come in and get in front of me so I Wait another half hour for the geek person to charge me 300 dollars to set up my internet. There was three workers at the front door just saying hi to people
