I went in for AppleCare warranty battery replacement. Not only did he run the wrong diagnostics (according to Apple) he tried to charge me 99 for the free replacement. I contacted Apple immediately, who informed me he ran the wrong diagnostics and I was not to be charged. I will not be back to this Best Buy for anything.
