I was just recently at this store twice in less than a hr trying to buy a Nswitch2. I was mis lead 2 times concerning the game console. I was told 2 different stories. The gentleman I wanted to talk to passed me to another employee! Which also gave me a different story. Then they tried to sell me a regular switch. I said no thank you and then the employee told me with a smurk " no one else has this in town". Not knowing I had recently just spoke to walmart employee before walking back into Best Buy and was told they had one. The emplyoees were not sure and did not know what they had to offer. A little disappointing. I was passed around haha.
