This is more for the Geek Squad. Before making my appointment with apple care for them to change out my iPhone 13 pro battery I called them to confirm that they would be able to do the service in store. I get there today to complete the service and the guy told me they don't complete the service in store. Why waste my time? Just tell me they are not allowed to work on the phone in the store. They should not be listed as a store that can service Apple iPhones in store if they cannot conduct the services. Apple needs to find another reputable store that can service their phones in Sierra Vista, AZ if Best Buy cannot complete the jobs. I’m sure they can get a contract with a local cell phone repair company that can do the job.

TV jumps channels and inputs frequently. Best buy does not honor their warranty at all. It's all lies

Don’t waste your money on a printer from these people, and definitely don’t waste money purchasing a warranty/service contract. What a joke! Not only will they just want to keep replacing it over and over (which they’d done once already after I’d only had it less than 2 weeks), instead of issuing a refund for a printer that I’ve only had 2 months, but they’ll only give store credit, as though I want to continue to do business there after this ridiculous nonsense. And on top of that, the rude supervisor wants to tell me in the most condescending tone she can muster, to have a nice day. May as well have given me the middle finger - at least that would have been genuine.
