Best Buy shipped me something damaged and will do nothing about it. If their chatbot can’t help you, then you are SOL I guess.
It's fine they don't want my business, I'll live. I would be careful if I were you. Mine was fairly inexpensive and I can afford it, but if it wasn't and I couldn't, it would be a much harder cookie to swallow.

Purchase an open box Sony ubpx700u listed in excellent condition description says like new no scuff no scratches. When I got home and opened the box it was scratched all over and had food stuck in the remote so I immediately drove back to best buy to see how they could make it right. Brandon the associate seamed annoyed and so did the manager that he asked for help Brandon said they would not mark it down to the fair or good price while I was there because it was already heavily discounted. They said they would not give any discount on a new one even if I was willing to pay the difference they said I should buy a Panasonic player because they are less expensive even though it did not have the features I was looking for. What a joke I will never buy from Best Buy again after this experience. They are trying to scam open box items that are in fair to good condition and list them as excellent. Super Shady
