I've been a customer at the Surprise Best Buy for 10 years. The wait for Geek Squad assistance is average - I always make an appointment. Still, sometimes I have to wait up to 10 minutes to be called. The wait does not bother me. The superior service for repairs makes up for the slight wait.
The absolute worst experience I've ever dealt with.
I came in with cash in hand excited and ready to buy a 98" OLED TV (and a new PC), an employee comes up and asks me what I'm looking for, I ask where the 98" OLEDs were and he says "In the back" then proceeds to walk away from me to talk to another customer as I'm mid sentence to ask more information.
We waited about 10 minutes but then he talks to another customer after he was finished with that one!
COMPLETELY ignored me and my family!
We didn't even bother to look at the PC's, we just left.
We come to Best Buy quite often to shop for upgrading the house, but this was our first time at this location. Terrible customer service.
