Visited for a return for a family member which was efficient, simple, and very quick. There was nothing wrong with the product; she ordered a printer that didn't duplex. The new 'correct' printer had already arrived and I set it up by the time I did the return.

The customer service here is cheeks. There was a guy named joe who claimed to be a manager, honestly wouldn't surprise me since best buy hires sloths to be managers. Very poor customer service.
