Bought a 75 tv, arranged delivery. Gave them my AZ address. Next day, received notice it would be delivered the following day to my MI address! Went back to the store and rearranged the delivery (they were VERY helpful!). Ended up extending the delivery an additional day. Delivery guys were excellent. Called 30mins out and upon arrival. Very efficient and respectful.

Terrible customer service; saw 4 of an item I wanted to purchase behind the register wednesday evening (item online is listed in-store only.) Employee informs me they cannot be sold that night and will be available in the morning. Manager in the morning thursday 3/19 shrugs his shoulders about the item rather than assisting.
