I had a negative experience with an Auto tech from the Arrowhead Best Buy location. I asked the tech at Arrowhead about installing a complete audio system in my truck and this tech said "That job will require a lot of custom work that we dont do here. You're better off going somewhere else." He was right about one thing. I was in fact better off going somewhere else. I knew the tech was wrong and lazy so I took my business down the street to the Surprise Best Buy. At first I was disappointed because I live less than a mile from the Arrowhead location, but I am so glad I went to Surprise. There I was able to meet David and Cody in the Mobile Electronics department of Best Buy and those guys really know their stuff. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they also had next level customer service. When I asked about a complete system install Cody gave me all the information I needed and made great suggestions on how to get the most out of my trucks audio. On my first trip I replaced some old blown speakers. On my second trip I had a viper alarm system installed by David. Which worked great by the way! and then on a different day he allowed me to go back to customize some of the features that come with the viper system. David said "anytime you want to make some changes let me know I'll take care of you". After that I priced out a job to have some amps and subs installed and will be back in the near future for that installation. Each time I visited this Surprise location David and Cody were both present and both were extremely helpful. I am so glad I ended up at this store. I will gladly drive past the arrowhead location for the surprise store for my Best Buy needs going forward. David and Cody I cannot thank you guys enough!! See you soon! Thank you!!

"Gee, why are we losing sales to amazon?" Oh I don't know, maybe because you never have even the simplest product in the store and when I ask for them you say "we can order it for you." If I'm ordering something online anyways why come into your store? But wait! It gets better. I try to call to ask if they have a product before wasting my time making the trip only to be given the ring around by an ai and then transfered to some chick who speaks Hindu, but I THINK she told me stores dont take calls. So I wont waste my time trying to buy an auc cable splitter from you. I guess Sim shopping Amazon. Seriously, it's baffling the amount of things you don't stock I any best buy stores. The most basic electrical supplies and equipment. This review is for every best buy on the planet.
