Improper costumer service knowledge.Sold me on a plan that couldn't do the job. I lost 1500$ because they couldn't transfer everything from my laptop . They have no ideea what they are doing or selling . Stay away from geek squad because they will mess you up if you have money invested in laptops.
Follow up the response i just invested another 600$ to add my programs back into my laptop after i already dumped 1500 to re-dowloand the softwear. If u want to help pay me back my money i got receipts for the looses. I will send to corporate for further action because this is bulshit what you guys are doing.

This location sucks... They Price Match to there convenience.. Never shop there again... Best Buy limits themselves on what they want to price match.. Straight from the Website and they said they couldnt do it... Zero Customer service

Used them to purchase my new phone. Due to my phone carrier unwilling to help with a couple of issues. I went in and signed up for their Geek Squad help. Worth every penny, and it will be a source for all my home electronics included in signing up with the Squad. Tyler was wonderful.
Bought a 75 tv, arranged delivery. Gave them my AZ address. Next day, received notice it would be delivered the following day to my MI address! Went back to the store and rearranged the delivery (they were VERY helpful!). Ended up extending the delivery an additional day. Delivery guys were excellent. Called 30mins out and upon arrival. Very efficient and respectful.
