I bought a SunPak 12" bi color led ring light from the Bell Rd location in May of 2025 but kept it in the box and didn't use it until recently. When I did unpackage it, the light didn't work so I brought it back to Best Buy to exchange it for one that did. Because Best Buy only has a 14-day return policy, I was unable to get a light that works. The employee told me to contact SunPak directly, but the company is defunct and the customer service phone number has been disconnected. My question to Best Buy is this: why would you sell a product that doesn't work by a company no longer in business? Also, when I went looking for a ring light at Best Buy, not having any idea which one to buy, an employee helped me choose the right one and he recommended this one I bought. Why is Best Buy's return/exchange policy so rigid and shortsighted in comparison to Target and Walmart, where I could have returned the product and gotten an exchange with no problem? So now I'm stuck with a light I paid for that Best Buy recommended to me, that doesn't work, and is made by a company (SunPak) that is no longer in business. Very disappointed and will from now on buy my electronic products at other stores who have much better return/exchange policies.

This is not anywhere near my first time in a Best Buy. That said they were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in both helping us find the right laptop that we were in need of a replacement. I've always had a good or better experience when I've gone into a Best Buy. Thank you
Has most items, but other bestbuys are way better.
