Absolutely the worst best buy around... they have none of the latest tech. If you want to purchase something semi new, you will have to get it ordered to the store, and wait days... also Meta glasses case would not even open when I wanted to purchase one. Its Disgusting how this store is ran.

Here's the deal, I purchased the headphones through Best Buy and the warranty the salesperson raved about. When the time came to act on it, Best Buy did not stand by their purchased warranty, was I frustrated very, as my hard earned money went down the drain. I will never purchase Best Buy warranty again, as there are hidden unknown features that are not in the favor of the consumer. I resorted back to the Manufacturer warranty and received the service Level, I was expecting from the 3rd party seller (Best Buy). I learned a lesson, weigh options carefully when an offer sounds too good to be true - which is exactly what Best Buy did. I am now well informed in my decision making process.
Never forget about the Manufacturer Warranty as they will stand by their product, the seller of the additional warranty of the product will not regardless of how good it sounds. Manufacturer warranty is the way to go!

I've been a customer at the Surprise Best Buy for 10 years. The wait for Geek Squad assistance is average - I always make an appointment. Still, sometimes I have to wait up to 10 minutes to be called. The wait does not bother me. The superior service for repairs makes up for the slight wait.
