BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Bought an item for in store pick up, drove to this specific location to pick it up. I get home and realize it has a open boxed used refurbished sticker barcode on it. Like are you kidding me? Scamming me for my money Best Buy and giving me someone else’s unwanted merch. This is unacceptable, maybe I should just walk in and take your stuff?

I originally ordered a TV on prime day and arranged to pick up next day at best buy Surprise. Picked up the TV as scheduled with Front counter man Daniel. I also needed my phone screen protector replaced and I have the unlimited replacement which ive never used in the 2 years of having the phone. All other times I was told they didnt have it in stock and that the only way to get a replacement is to let them take off my old one and they'd let me know when a new one came in. That would be dumb so I never had it changed until Daniel helped me. Ordered me one to my house 2 day delivery and set an apt for the geek squad to remove and install new. Geek squad tech (didnt get his name) was great with good attitude and installed it quick. My wife ended up replacing hers as well and was helped by another associate who appeared to maybe be a manager (black Verizon shirt) and was a great help as well with good attitude. I apologize for not getting everyone's names but the while staff we encountered Sunday evening was great. We thank you.
