Unlike some of there other locations this one has a great professional and friendly staff. The displays are merched and you can actually find what you are looking for. Within 20 minutes of looking for what I needed I was rang up and I was on my way. That was after 3 different sales people asked if I needed anything. The other location had empty cases and a staff that was too busy talking about whatever they do on their own time. So much so I passed them twice, stopped at a couple of displays and never once even a greeting.
Highly recommend Surprise location, they know how to do the job right.
Went in to buy a refrigerator. A sales associate came up and was no help at all we walked out with no refrigerator. Will purchase one somewhere else thanks for nothing. We were also told that he does not work on commission

I bought a huge expensive tv im happy with it.the sales associate was great I recommend them.
My husband and I went in to the Best Buy in Surprise off of Grand last night and the rep, Ace, had GREAT customer service and seemed very passionate about his job. He gave us a lot of recommendations on laptops, screen protectors, and charging cables. 10000/10 for Ace and hope he gets the recognition he deserves, he was super friendly and knowledgeable about his electronics.
