I got a new phone and I brought it here a couple weeks ago with my old phone to transfer all the old data with the geek squad.
Several days ago I got a virus which became more annoying and persistent so I brought my phone in thinking The geek squad would have to do a factory reset.
I ended up getting the same technician as I had the last time and within 2 minutes of looking at my phone he had it fixed!
The geek squad tech was also very friendly on both visits. He made me feel like a person and not just a number.
And that's why I will keep coming back to this Best buy in Surprise Arizona on Bell road again and again and again!
Oh I had a horrible experience here, I spoken with the store Mgr. I will omit his name... I explain the situation to him, told me ge was busy, with helping another customer so I told him I will wait till ge is finished....we'll he insisted upon hearing what I had to say. He began to ask for my best buy info... gave him the information T old him Gysgt.Kevin he verify all my contact information told he promised to get back intouch with me, let him research the issue, I will definitely get a call back from him...do you think I got a call back....the answer is no...he lied his integrity is completely compromised I spent $890.00 you think I will be going back there for my surrender sounds i wanted... hell nah... your word is bond....this was on May 27....today is June 2... will go elsewhere for remainder items...

Although the feel of the place is no longer the same post pandemic and there is less of what I want to personally buy here, I was still able to find my mint mobile eSIM card to take home and get my new phone going. ,,👍
