The absolute worst experience I've ever dealt with. I came in with cash in hand excited and ready to buy a 98" OLED TV (and a new PC), an employee comes up and asks me what I'm looking for, I ask where the 98" OLEDs were and he says "In the back" then proceeds to walk away from me to talk to another customer as I'm mid sentence to ask more information. We waited about 10 minutes but then he talks to another customer after he was finished with that one! COMPLETELY ignored me and my family! We didn't even bother to look at the PC's, we just left. We come to Best Buy quite often to shop for upgrading the house, but this was our first time at this location. Terrible customer service.

I don't usually have good experiences with Best Buy, but this store has surprised me. This trip, we went in, found what we needed without help. The line to check out was about 5 deep which is unusual for the store but not unusual for the season. They had 3 cashiers working and the one who helped me was very friendly, extremely helpful. Explained using reward certificates so I could understand.

Do not shop at Best Buy! Their return policy is only 14 days!! My son a $200 gaming headset for his birthday that stopped functioning in two months and they would not take it back! This is why people opt to shop at places with good return policies and why Best Buy will eventually go out of business.
