Although this is a relatively small Best Buy (if you're looking for a better selection go to Arrowhead!), they are so understaffed that the wait time is ridiculous. I even picked up the phone at the computer department to try to get a salesman to help us, but unfortunately AI answers the phone and it's impossible to speak with a real person. My sister finally started yelling"HELP" and an associate came after about 10 minutes. I find their Geek Squad to be helpful but the people work too fast for me to follow and repeat what they have done. Sure, they are computer geeks (no pun intended) but we old-folks need to slow things down a bit so we can remember what we've been shown. All in all, as far as appliance stores go, this one is reasonable but not great.

Best deal i had. The salesman Ace Porter helped me with sale. He made many suggestions until I picked the items I wanted. Thank you Ace.
Vernon and Cody helped us with my after market car play, making sure that all my speakers were working well as well as my steering wheel controls. I can not rave about them enough. They were professional, kind, efficient and instructive. Vernon walked me through the programs making sure I understood how to use everything. He is quite knowledgeable and we were very impressed with him. I highly recommend seeing them for all your car installation needs.
