Bought a pair of Samsung headphones here a while back. Consequently, a few of the ear tips were missing. So not even an hour later headed back to get it resolved. The guy that helped me was rude at best, and because he wasn't sure how to look up the purchase with the bar code, or code otherwise to match my receipt to the package he passively accused me of stealing. Had a bad attitude the whole time. When I tried to tell him how ridiculous this was he snapped at me and got even more rude. Then he had to call over a manager to help him. She looked it up with ease. I could tell he did not feel foolish in the least. If anything, he seemed to think it was amusing that I was angry.

Improper costumer service knowledge.Sold me on a plan that couldn't do the job. I lost 1500$ because they couldn't transfer everything from my laptop . They have no ideea what they are doing or selling . Stay away from geek squad because they will mess you up if you have money invested in laptops. Follow up the response i just invested another 600$ to add my programs back into my laptop after i already dumped 1500 to re-dowloand the softwear. If u want to help pay me back my money i got receipts for the looses. I will send to corporate for further action because this is bulshit what you guys are doing.
