literally go anywhere where else for tech repairs. the geek squad is so unprofessional and unreliable. they don’t give times or estimates for how long a repair will take because they know they will take forever. just go somewhere else. also i genuinely think the higher rated reviews are fake.

If you order online, the delivery dates are several days off. Customer Service can't tell you where it is and they offer bad advise. I purchased a camera and the website said it would be ready for pick up on June 7th. On June 9th, I only got an email saying it was delayed with no new date that it would be available for pick up. I called Customer Service to ask where it was. They said they didn't know because they couldn't see it on their end, but that the pickup date was changed to June 21st. This wasn't going to work because I needed the camera by June 11th. They advised me to put in another order for the camera to have it delivered to my house because it would probably be delivered quicker. I put in another order for the camera, and I had to pay $27 extra for shipping to have it delivered by the date that I needed it. A few hours later on that same day, I get an email that the first camera is available for pickup at your store (the one where Customer Service just told me it wouldn't be available until June 21st). I pick that camera up. I then try to cancel my order for the second camera, the one that I had just ordered. It wouldn't let me cancel it online and Customer Service also could not cancel it. A few days later the second camera is delivered to me, and then I returned it at your store. Now I'm down $27 for having to pay for shipping, all because there is miscommunication somewhere in your system to where your team couldn't tell where the first camera was, and they gave me bad advise to order a second camera.

Went in looking to buy an 800 tablet and no one would help me. When I ask a person working there he pointed to a sign that said tablets and said try over there. Client service is dead.
