Love this store but it really depends on if I am actually buying something because awkward employees lurk everywhere like either they are slick or just unaware of what they are doing. Employees are watching us but I bet best buy is wondering who is watching them... Stop making me feel weird.

Their customer service could use some work. When checking out today the cashier didn’t say anything after I said hi to them. They just took my stuff scanned it, pressed all the buttons on the screen for me and tapped on the machine as their way of telling me to pay. I had to stop them to tell them I was a member so I could get access to my member benefits for the transaction and because of that we had to do the whole thing over again. Overall was a very awkward experience and the lack of politeness from the worker was disappointing. What kind of cashier just taps on the kiosk to tell me to pay? The cashier def skipped some things he was trained to do.
