I went to pick up a computer that was paid for online, and the customer service lady was extremely rude, impatient, and unhelpful. She said I was not listed as a pickup person but did not offer any info on how to update that, so it made me feel like taking my business elsewhere. I will avoid this place at all costs moving forward, because it is very uncomfortable being treated like a criminal when you are just trying to complete a business transaction. Finally got the computer, and I won't ever be back!

Waited over 10 minutes for assistance, too many young privelegde younf folks that need to be educated on what customer service means. Dissapointed on the customer service.
