I needed ear buds for my grandson's birthday. They had 1 style in the case, that were the correct ones. Went up to check out and was told they couldn't sell them until the next day! Birthday ruined. Thanks, Best Buys.

Do not buy a phone here, ESPECIALLY from Verizon. The rep lied about POSTED in store offers so he could go home early. He knew we were waiting for a long time for his assistance and never told us he wouldn't have time to help us. He was extremely rude. The manager was okay with his behavior. Customer service is a thing of the past with Best Buy.
