Came in to buy a laptop and got the whole run of the mill sales pitch that was so overwhelming. The rep told me I need to enter my SS to see if there were any discounts, I made it very clear I do not want the Best Buy credit card. He kept insisting it’s just to see if there are discounts if I have good credit. I was so completely uncomfortable and really should have just left. I just got a notification from the credit bureaus that Citi Bank is trying to access my credit to sign me up for their Best Buy CITI BANK credit card which I declined in person while at the store. I should have just bought the computer online or at the Apple Store. Will be returning, so over Best Buy and their tactics. They tried to scare me into getting their Best Buy membership when purchasing the laptop. I feel so icky that I will be returning the laptop and going elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I usually go to this best buy and being a total member I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service and greeting from one of the workers, old man with glasses and gray hair that worked today’s shift and at 7:10pm in the front was the most rudest person ever. When you say goodnight as an human and nods his head like he’s superior and laughs and looks and rolls his eyes gives bestbuy the disgusting customer service that no longer exists. Bestbuy used to be awesome but this nails it to the point of not coming in anymore.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I went in with a bit of a Hail Mary situation to ask if I could return some headphones that were a bit past the return date. I had the Customer Service Representative Mika, and not only was she very eager to help, but also recommended to me suggestions of headphones I should try based on my life style.
