Avoid Best Buy!! Very bad customer service. I ordered a TV for delivery and experienced repeated no-shows and broken promises. Their delivery guy and customer support don’t even speak English! After a “5-minute” arrival call, I waited 4 hours with no update. Customer service then promised delivery that day after speaking with the driver, I waited 2 more hours, and nothing. At the end they told me to wait six additional days. This was handled with zero urgency or courtesy, despite the store being close by. Extremely poor operations and customer service.
Not interested in restocking my screen protector which has a lifetime warranty. They never told me that as time goes on it's not a very long life for all of us. Just gave me a list of stores I could go to that are out of my way. Sorry customer service I originally responded to the wrong location in Surprise Arizona I'll be sure to delete that review.

My tv was defective so I came in to start a return/exchange. 30 mins later I was notified that the exchange was cancelled due to “tv unavailability” less than a week later the tv miraculously becomes available. I spent 3 days making multiple trips for nothing. What a huge waste of time.
