Purchased a TV open box in listed as excellent condition which, according to Best Buy means it has all the components and accessories. When TV was picked up, it had nothing in it but the remote and the cord Best Buy manager offered to sell new TV for $70 more. I believe this is a bait and switch type operation to sell TVs for more than the open box, I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Best Buyand this is the first time I’ve had this experience and it was at Tempe marketplace manager needs to be a little bit more customer service, orientated, and realize that there’s other places to shop unfortunately, he just wants to live in the moment I believe. As you can see in the picture, they even marked incorrectly on the box 50 inch Sony TV when it was a 55 inch Samsung need to train some of the associates a little better on a positive note the customer service representative who helped with the return was excellent and she really knows how to treat customers

Best Buy Geek Squad in Tempe Marketplace has successfully achieved the same reputation as Scottsdale Northsight in being rude jerks. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and when they did, they were unable to even talk to me about my computer issues even though there were no reservations on the board.
