The store and best buy as a whole lost my receipt. Wouldn't look at the brand new laptop they sold me because of it. Wasted 3 hours of my day on phone. Not corporate nor the store has any idea what they're doing and I will never purchase another product from best buy after this fiasco. Don't waste your time calling they just tell you the same lie the store tells you. Except you won't be able to understand the Indian accent when you call best buy support.
