Beware of reviews on best buys website.
I received a damaged product, since no one at Best Buy will do anything about it, I tried posting a review on their website. Nothing salacious or offensive, yet still after 3 tries they will not post my negative review. The one review that was clearly paid for, is still there. Anyway, buyer beware, they don’t care no matter how much business you have done with them.

The manager of the geek squad told me I didn’t have a screen protector on my iPhone when it’s very obvious that I did especially with the Model. He didn’t even take a chance to listen or look or try. He was so rude when all I needed was help. Even the phone department barely tried everybody just seemed lazy and not wanting to help. Worst experience I will literally drive out of the way specifically to not go to this location and I used to work at a Best Buy in the East Coast and I would’ve never treated somebody like this.

I had an issue with a new, broken TV just out of the box. Because it was not returned within the 15 days, they couldn't help me with an exchange. It was a gift, so I hadn't opened it right away.
I had to buy another TV. Taylor, Keoni and Sébastien were empathetic, patient and kind. I did appreciate their help in trying to resolve my situation the best they could.
The store itself usually looks a little shabby, but most of the associates are helpful and accommodating.
