Yes I’m giving 5 stars but it is only because of the excellent customer service of Evie the meta Girl . The young man at the geek-squad was rather dismissive when I explained my Issue with my new meta rayban 2. With a simple sentence we don’t work in those here and brushed me off I was rather upset by the tone of his voice and the demeanor he gave off. Just then on my way out I asked Russ and he knew exactly who I needed to see the all know meta girl Evie. She mad sure we were happy with our glasses and even gave use some great advice and information on the latest that meta has to offer. She is a prime example of excellent customer service and others should follow her example.

russ at the front door sent me exactly to the right person the amazing evie the meta whisperer. she was completely understanding and explained everything. Her customer service went above and beyond she even took time to walk me through every step and ensure that I didn’t leave until my glasses were working again. She’s amazing. We need more Meta reps just like her in fact, she deserves a raise.!

I don't care for the way their cashiers are set up. They always seem to be short handed, and the wait in line is nearly unbearable if you're in a hurry. They do their best, but it's frustrating.
