All around good products Staff educated and polite
Walked into this location to purchase a garbage disposal. I was greeted well and asked if I needed help finding anything. I stated that I was here to purchase a garbage disposal. The greeter said let me check with the manager and see if we stock them. Apparently the manager replied to the greeter and said no they do not stock garbage disposals and they are only available online. I then thanked the greeter for the 'help', walked over to the appliance section, located and picked up and purchased a garbage disposal they had on the shelf. Clearly the store needs better training and product awareness.

The staff are friendly knowledgeable. The store is clean. And the price for what I was looking for was fair. Is it nice to be able to go to a big box store and actually see what you're buying and have helpful recommendations.
Used to be a frequent customer of BB, but haven't had electronic purchases recently. I used them when my tv needed replacing and it was the most awful experience. Never again will I use BB.
Ordered a tv, mount and install and it was scheduled 2 wks out. I got a 12 hr window, that morning it became a 4 hr window of 8-12. I got a call at 8:08 stating the tv never arrived and the warehouse did not communicate this to anyone. I was told to go online to reschedule.
Next, I go to reschedule and the system breaks the order into 2 different days with 12 hour windows each. This time the tv has to deliver to me vs the warehouse and the next week the installers come. This is now 3 days of my vacation.
Now it is delivery day and I don't get a reduced 4 hr window that morning, instead I got a 15 min heads up they are on their way. Then, the day of install, again no 4 hour window and a 5 min heads up.
During this mess I call for an inconvenience discount refund and experience phone games and lectures about not reimbursing time-off. This just made me more frustrated, since I clearly did not ask for reimbursement of my time-off, how tone dear can you be. Anyway, I got a whole $75 gift card.
Then, we found the mount wasn't tightened and the tv kept falling forward, so I had to take another day-off. This time 12 hr window, no reduced window and the heads up was when they were at my house ready to knock. Now, 4 days of vacation time.
Well, I go to use the gift card and look for my points to stack with it. I find out you cannot actually accumulate points unless you pay upfront in a membership or use their credit card to have the privilege to earn them. Now with that experience why would anyone every pay them to have the privilege to earn points.
I will not buy anything thru them again. I pay for enough memberships and this one has 0 benefit attached. This is a desperate company trying to stay alive, but making it worse.
