Ordered a $215 tv online for pickup @ the Mesa, AZ location. Got order confirmation and then nothing for 4 hours. Called in, and they said it was in process. Right after that, I got a cancelation email stating they could not 'verify my info'. I called in again, and the agent said the order was canceled due to 'credit risk'. I let them know I was using my own CC, not a BB card. (My card was/is still is good as I used it at a different electronic store that day for the same tv.) The agent then said he was not sure why the order was canceled. No good.

If sales at this store are falling and you want to know why, look no further than the tall jerk you promoted to manager, probably recently. He follows customers around the floor as they try to figure out what to buy, doesn't ask if they need any help, then 2 feet away from them starts screaming at other employees at the top of his lungs. Completely freaky. Who is comfortable shopping here when employees are behaving that way? There was a nice girl with a ponytail and skirt who twice asked us if we needed any help and then when we had everything, immediately checked us out at the kiosk in the middle. You should have promoted her, she's awesome and clearly the only one who knows anything about customer service.
