Why would I go in and deal with horrible customer service and poor availability of products? For some rude, dismissive employee to order it for me online? Why wouldn’t I just stay home and do that myself?

It's been a while now nothing back from Best Buy, I'm the guy you deprived me of my property I bought from the Southwest location. Memorial day is a day to remember 5-25-2026 for the ones who serve so I can live in the best country in the world. I am not a Veteran but do give my respect to them. However now I will have another thing to remember on that when I was profiled single out I felt while trying to make a exchange of to laptops Acer and Lenovo. Why two well short answer I wasnt sure what I wanted yet but decided that day on a gaming laptop. The customer service rep was very kind everything was going fine like im use to at Best Buy. As the transaction is close to happen a question about speakers popped into my head and asked the rep if it would be alright if I walk over to Hometheater department specifically Magnolia. That's when everything started feeling strange the guy who gave me a short demo attitude changed when I started asking more questions about other setups or ideas ect so I eventually left amd walked around the "regular" Hometheater area looking for open box items only 5 minutes I was approached by one armed security guard and two large Best Buy employees all what I felt standing in a aggressive stance hoping I say no after they told me the manager wants you out of the store you got to leave. First off im 5' 6" tall 110 lbs that guared didnt need 2 other big guys to tell me I need to leave the premises, I comply Luke I would do normal but for being kicked out a store for the first time ever as they were kinda making power walk out I stop short of the exit and ask for my property back my two laptops the very rude security guard with a gun had the biggest rudest reply you have to call corporate if you want your stuff back. I have mental health issues as is and when im triggered buy violence or aggressive type situations my anxiety spikes in seconds withe fear followed by a panick attack as I get in my car. I had to call my father and mother who already doesn't need stress at her age and honestly my father neither. Talking with my dad he was able to get me down and in a better state to drive headed home. If its not already embarrassed enough living with mom and dad at my age adding a moment of fear I didnt need. I've been diagnosed with TRD MDD sever anxiety disorder and panic disorder plus a laundry listen other issues so at this point in time in life I feel safe near my parents. Right now. I make it home safely thankfully with my heart beating hard. Fast forward a day or two my Gmail alerts me with im expecting a package from Best Buy for a flagship Acer gaming laptop with a 5090 with a price tag of 4500 dollars plus other digital accessories , I immediately hit cancel the order. I dug deeper screenshoting everything for the most part. My father and I weol first it was wrong and very odd they just chose you to throughout the door no reason but just that the manager wanted me out... now im being given $5000 worth of oops I made a mistake gifts. I notified the local TPD but all they could do is give me an incident # no report #, this is my second review and furthermore he made it look like I made the purchase with my bestbuy card returning one of my laptops hoping im dumb and take it. No way, first off that return of the laptop would of covered more than half the price of the nicer one and still holing on to my other computer and no recognize whay he's doing. He is making the transckion lower so the remaining can count as a loss at the store and nicely give me back one of my laptops. I'm disabled on social security deposits. I spotted it all and I hope by the end of this he is standing in the unemployment line.. he crossed several lines that it would take hours im sure to list but thats what a attorney is for lucky for him this is to complex of a case amd noone wants to touch it. But this isn't over he made a return without my permission and not being present using my card to look like a legit purchase to cover everything up. Im sorry you chose the "manager" made the wrong move in this game of ches

We shopped at the store off of Houghton in Tucson, AZ. The staff were so very helpful and friendly. Was a pleasure to shop there.
