Customer Service have received in the past few years. Had a pick up order and was instructed to go around back absolutely no signage. I knocked on the wrong door and some guy directed me over the Best Buy Pl. and said it happens all the time knocked on the door. Nobody came to answer.
I had to Google their phone number and call him. It took me 15 minutes to get through AI and finally get somebody on the phone.
Person on the phone was unwilling to help and told me to come around the front. I informed them last time this happened that I was being told to go around the back.
When asked to speak to a manager, they said they were busy and to come up upfront. I informed her I was gonna file a complaint and asked her name and she hung up the phone.
I drove around. Front walked inside, asked for a manager, and some lady pointed me to a guy. I asked the guy if he was the manager he pointed back to the lady on the phone.
Her name was AJ absolutely worst Customer Service ever never go here

Everyone was very helpful. The checkouts are in an odd location. But finding help to check out was easy once I found an employee.

I had an issue with an online order, online they had my computer part under warranty for 10 years, they tried to upsell me on repairs and repeatedly and then I called them, the lady was really nice but it took almost 30 minutes to realize I was talking about a power supply and not needing to have anyone repair my computer, they were really strong about beating around the bush trying to have me use their geek squad services which I assume would lead to me spending money I know I shouldn't be spending. Any reputable computer store should be able to understand when I'm talking about a specific component and either A) swap it out or B) send me to the correct place to get my warranty. However she was just doing her job and was nice the user experience was the worst start to my day.
