Drove there and the Asset Protection Lead was out front explaining they were having electrical issues but they should be fixed shortly. Ended up going to a different store for a brief while and then walked back to smiling faces inside the store. Came in to check out laptops and Jessie helped us out immensely; breaking down what was actually needed for our requirements versus what was expensive. Ended up leaving with a nice laptop and Geek protection. Thanks Jessie!

It's a great store, just the employees weren't eager to help us...the Geek squad is awesome.

Ordered a freezer and product was delivered today, but completely damaged. Called the store to reschedule as it was needed for a party this weekend and was told they cannot help until the freezer is returned to the store. I needed to call back, even though I provided all details they needed. Their system is meant to help them not the customer. Regardless of outcome, I won't have the product when I need it so very unhappy. Black Friday Fridge and Gas Stove will be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes on 11/28/25. Shameful service.
On vacation I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen protector. We found the correct replacement and the Geek Squad replaced it for me and assisted my husband with camera lens covers. Very nice employees.
