This place is a joke. Child behind the counter to busy on his phone to help with a prepaid order. Made from the store across town. Finally, he does take the time to perform his paying job. Says I'm not sure what to do here. I don't see your order. You should have an email. Then proceeds to say it doesn't say it's ready and hands back my papers. I asked so can I just buy one from the store. He says, sure, and goes back to his phone. I say, can you help me? He says, "Oh no, you have to cancel the order yourself." Manager walks don't even look at me. So I ask, does your badge say manger? Think you could help out here? He says when was the order made? I point out where and when. He gets an attitude. I say, "Hey bud, look, I don't work here, im just trying to buy a tv" The end result of horrible service seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with a sale. Canceled order. I'll pay more money at Walmart across the street. So much for the geek squad. Can't even get an order correct from one store to the other. What a joke.
