TV Salesmen at this Best Buy are worse than car dealership salesmen. I’d recommend just going to Walmart, like we did after leaving there empty handed. 0/10 Experience

Used Geek Squad to fix my broken iPhone screen. The gentleman who handled the order was the best thing about this entire experience, as he was a nice guy. It took over 3 weeks with no contact before they called to tell me the part was in!! Also, in worse news, you CANNOT call the store directly. The phone # takes you to an auto bot that takes you to an offshore call center where they tell you that they cannot transfer you to the store & they cannot see anything more than what you already know from tracking your order’s progress. I was told that if I wanted to know IF my ordered part was finally in the store, I’d have to GO BACK TO THE STORE and ask. For me this is almost an hour round trip, just to be told it’s not there yet. Worst customer service due to corporate deciding to offshore & autobot instead of just letting a person call the store & talk to a human who is there & knows something helpful

I went in to exchange a TV for a different TV and Gordon who was working at customer service was extremely helpful and informative. I was very impressed with his customer service and how easy he made the whole experience.
