This company has decided that in order to talk with anyone on the phone you have to open an account with them or they won’t transfer you. Really open an account to talk with someone STAY AWAY BAD NEW

No one at the local Geek Squad did any corrections for my husband's computer! It's in the same condition that it was at when he took it to them: the speakers are not working; he is unable to log in to his unit with the passcode he provided for them to use, to clean up the interface between his PC at his house and the laptop he left with them to correct. In other words, a TOTAL waste of his time! What a joke!
