We purchased a tv in store, and we’re planning to squeeze it in the car but we ended up having it shipped, but to San Diego, how and why would that even happen? The address wasn’t even remotely similar and just seemed like it was placed with no verification. So no tv and a very extended delivery, among that all a 50 minute call length just to resolve an issue that was from the provider? Not to mention that I cannot contact the store that I purchased it at. Just go to Walmart

Bought a tablet... tablet was broken... called the store... store must not know they own a phone... I hate bestbuy cause they are over priced anyways but I did an in store pickup from Samsung and dont get me started on the samsung warranty process...
Busy on Black Friday but good service, staffing & sale pricing.

There a wait even when they are not busy. Guy at the door was friendly and helpful.
