Came for a laptop and was happy with the selection, but had a really tough time with the employees. The upselling was very aggressive and I had him no multiple times for the same thing. Checkout could've been 30 seconds rather than 5 minutes. Would've preferred to order online and just pickup.
I had a tablet to fix. Since they don't carry that brand anymore, and I had the extended warranty, they basically bought it back, so I used the refund to buy a different one. They were very helpful and friendly.
I was waiting all day long for delivery my new tv.At the end day when I called they told me they rescheduled my delivery for another two days.No message, emails nothing. They just don’t care.I lost my day for nothing.I am pretty mad.

Absolutely horrible experience with Best Buy.
We purchased a 36” KitchenAid range top that was listed as Open-Box – Excellent Condition from the Best Buy at Tempe Marketplace in Phoenix, AZ, since it was the only one available within the timeframe we needed.
When we went to install the range top, we discovered that the grates and burner caps were not the correct ones for the appliance. Since these were missing/mismatched parts, the range top was clearly not in the condition it was advertised to be in.
I contacted Best Buy customer service and was told that I needed to visit a store in person to have the issue resolved. Since we live in Tucson, we went to the Best Buy on Broadway.
Unfortunately, the experience at that location was just as frustrating. The manager, a man with glasses and short hair, was extremely rude and provided absolutely no help or resolution. He even suggested that it was our fault because we had already made cuts to our granite and cabinets to accommodate the range top. That makes no sense, considering the issue is that the appliance was sold to us with incorrect/mismatched parts.
What is especially frustrating is that Best Buy’s Open-Box – Excellent Condition policy states that the item should have all original items and accessories and be in great condition. That was clearly not the case with this range top.
We spent a significant amount of money on this appliance and expected it to be accurately represented and complete when we purchased it. Instead, we have been passed from customer service to a store manager who refused to provide any meaningful resolution.
I will also be submitting a formal complaint to Best Buy corporate regarding this experience. Hopefully someone there can actually help resolve the issue.
