why is it so difficult to get a live person on the phone. geek squad is a joke 0 help and on phone 15 min on hold then disconnected. trying to help my mother in Tucson hook up tv that she got from best buy 2 days ago. i do not live in Tucson. AI is useless. my mother cant do any of this.

Stopped by because of convenience, salesman was helpful after asking if the matched priced i was told that they do i went to check out and after showing the manager the exact product I was buying from best buy that I could purchase it at another local store for a large lower price he told me it's because they don't match prices with that company .?? What does that mean i clearly showed him the product at the other store and get agreed that it was a good deal and did o still want to purchase the one they had,in his defense i went ahead and bought it because like I said I stopped there because it was convenience, next time I'll ask more questions and make my decision, FYI at the other store it was 24.99 I ended up paying 38 and change

Great place for electronics. People are friendly and helpful. I will say that if you're looking for trading cards unfortunately their selection isn't that great.
