No one at the local Geek Squad did any corrections for my husband's computer! It's in the same condition that it was at when he took it to them: the speakers are not working; he is unable to log in to his unit with the passcode he provided for them to use, to clean up the interface between his PC at his house and the laptop he left with them to correct. In other words, a TOTAL waste of his time! What a joke!
I had a great experience with the sales person Jayden but a terrible experience with the delivery. The appointment was set. I was supposed to receive notification from the driver the day of - that never happened. The website said a specific time - that didn’t happen. Their call center people suck! And you can’t get to a supervisor. I will be taking this further up the chain.
