Purchased a tv and was told it had to be delivered which is not a problem. Day of delivery we waited the time frame it gave us. I called customer service 30 minutes before the end of the time frame to see how much longer it would need because I had a family emergency. The person I spoke with said they could not get a hold of the delivery person from geek squad named Jesus and they don’t see he had completed the jobs before mine. He told me he doubts he will be delivering the tv. I expressed my frustration with him and supposedly a manager would contact me. I waited a few days and no one called me. When I called again they said to reschedule my delivery if I still wanted the tv. We rescheduled it for today and around 3:30 PM we get a call stating they could not deliver it again. I went to the store I purchased it from and the manager Rieger couldn’t care less of the inconvenience they caused and didn’t even apologize. We cancelled our order and will be taking our business elsewhere. Don’t order anything for delivery with Best Buy / geek squad you’ll just be washing your time!!!

Horrible customer service. I had to hunt down someone to actually help me. When I did find someone they were dismissive and abrasive. They started texting on their personal device while I was talking to them and only stopped when I stopped talking. What kind of service is that?

Came in early for an appointment to get my phone screen replaced. The lady at the GeekSquad center simply ran a diagnostic and told me they had no parts to replace the screen. She did not offer to order the screen like she did with the previous customers. They seemed overwhelmed and like they were in a rush to keep the line moving. However, the man at the Apple Store section with black hair was friendly and helpful; he personally escorted me to the GeekSquad corner when I was lost. Overall the customer service I had experienced this visit was mixed at best.

Had a great experience a nice lady helped me find a tripod and a gimbal. Sometimes it's great to buy in person
