How do I check product availability at the Yuma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Yuma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Honestly I thought I was going to have a bad experience but that God I was assisted buy Peter and Sergio! I had just purchased two previous phones prior experience. The first experience went great unfortunately I was sold a broken phone and when I brought it I was told I couldn’t return it. ( this was a Christmas gift for my 11 year old ) and I ended up paying 117 in upgrading to a new phone after multiple times being told there was no exchange or return…… unfortunately a day later that upgraded phone didn’t work either. I thought to myself another hour with more push back…. I prayed all the way there knowing that my character as a Christian would be push, but that didn’t happen. I walked in asked for a manager and Peter introduced himself and was EXTREMELY professional and understanding. Helped me tremendously!!!! Sergio helped me with the exchanges and was polite respectful!!! ACTUALLY TODAYS EXPERIENCE WAS DAY AND NIGHT COMPARED TO YESTERDAY!!! This men understood customer service

Aliyah (I am unsure if I spelled her name correctly!) was EXCEPTIONAL. She went above and beyond for me. I have never had a better experience in Yuma. 10/10. She needs a raise and to be put in full time employment!
