Fui el día sábado a querer comprar una laptop y m gusto una en particular el joven muy amable m atendió pero entre cosas se fue a fijar en inventario y m dijo esa no hay en parte de abajo había una y no iban a llegar en no se cuanto tiempo y estaba en un precio casi $400 ya con taxis y regreso al día siguiente y curiosamente hay una pero adivinen en un precio ya de casi $800 y lo extraño es q no habían y x un cierto tiempo no iban haber y hay una pero ovio con otro precio, mi familia y yo estamos seguros no m la quisieron vender xq se habían equivocado con el precio oh no lo habían cambiado del Black friday

Not a good place to do business - when the surly girl at the register (Kimberly) would not make any effort to help, I asked for a manager. The “so-called” manager (Sergio) was just as lazy and useless. Now, instead of spending thousands of dollars per year at this crappy excuse of a retailer, I buy directly from Apple or from Amazon. Best Buy: train and vet your employees better!
