Not a good place to do business - when the surly girl at the register (Kimberly) would not make any effort to help, I asked for a manager. The “so-called” manager (Sergio) was just as lazy and useless. Now, instead of spending thousands of dollars per year at this crappy excuse of a retailer, I buy directly from Apple or from Amazon. Best Buy: train and vet your employees better!

Got hi... Didn't get can I help? But that's ok . Came to look at laptops -holy wow they've gotten expensive - the yeah not happening kind of expensive.
Lol so I got a printer instead. Not lowest end as I wanted refillable tank and yes that means you'll spend more. But I like HP's and best buy has a really wonder selection of make, model and prices across the tech spectrum.
Wait at checkout wasn't bad either. Someone say full tills and jumped in to check is out. No ask just nice teamwork support.
Overall really happy with the store and staff.
Lol though they should have said "printer, do you need paper?"
