I’ve been shopping at Best Buy stores for well over 20 years now, mostly in California though. The Best Buy in Yuma is fairly well stocked with nice and newer technology hardware, however they lack carrying legacy products, much in which is greatly still available and used here in the Yuma, Arizona region. The Yuma store is very well maintained and clean too, and has ample parking too. I am not pleased with the online ordering service though, as they took way too long to deliver three simple items that I could have probably received them faster had I ordered them straight from the manufacturer. The other irritating part was the lackadaisical attitude that some of the cashiers/attendants had when I inquired about the estimated amount of time that I had to wait in order to receive my order. They were either very incompetent or just had no clue how to handle the online orders. Because of the above, I am giving the Best Buy store of Yuma a 3-star rating, and probably will avoid buying more technology hardware from them from now on. It’s a shame because they really used to make the best effort to provide the customers with a good experience with buying from them.

Two products went on sale after I purchased, the store clerk said no price match unless you buy a protection package. Called and it took 5 minutes to get the match. Manager needs training

I got a new TV!! 55" just the size I need.
I saw a lot of televisions that I would have liked to purchase, but I could not get a single salesman to stop and talk to us. We're standing in front of a huge wall full of TVs we haven't got a clue which is which and lots of people walking around in blue shirts but nobody's stopping to help. I also told one person I needed a power adapter for a 19 volt and he said okay I'll go grab it and come right back. 30 minutes later, we saw him helping somebody else. might as well get one online through one of the clubs I belong to and get free delivery
