Unsatisfied with the product and the store. I've been a loyal customer. I have bought three computers here. The last one is defective. I was okay with following the process of sending it back to the manufacturer ONCE. If the same problem persists, replace the product. Since I'm not receiving the added value of a store, my next purchase will be online.

Don't bother going in here!! I needed a car radio. Old one is a pioneer, they carry them. Brought my old bplug in so I would be sure it fit BUT radio has buzzer thing on it so I brought to Customer service to ask how I could check to make sure it fits and looked at me with a blank stare and said boxes are sealed and cNt open and proceeded to ask for next customer!! How the heck are your suppose to know if it fits!! Put box back and shelf and left!! I don't think management knows h
