Terrible customer service. Rude. Ordered an item and they stated it was delivered but it never arrived. Claim was opened and item was reshipped out. UPS tried delivering twice and I wasn’t home so I called to change my address and they still tried delivering to my address. So my item was sent back. I called customer service and spoke to 4 agents, was hung up once before I got to anyone who could help. I was told I would be given a refund. I advised I didn’t want a refund that I needed my item. I was told there was no other way and the refund would take 10 days. She had the audacity to tell me to reorder the item with my money and was rude about it. She also mentioned that why would I think the address could be changed and I told her maybe they should speak to the agents because prior agent said it could. Stated that supposedly the price would be honored once I receive the refund but had couldn’t send an email so I have it as proof. Y’all need better customer service. I got one nice agent during this whole issue.
