I preordered a Switch 2 from this location. A day later there was a fraudulent order FROM BEST BUY on my account so I had to cancel my card. Then they told me there was a payment issue for my Switch 2, after i already paid for it. I went to talk in person about it and the customer service representative was absolutely no help at all. All they told me was that i needed to wait about one day for my refund. It's been over a week and i still haven't gotten my money back. They still haven't given me back my ~$700. I'm absolutely fuming. First, they wouldnt give me what i paid for, and now they wont even give me back my money.
