How do I check product availability at the Yuma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Yuma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Geek Squad damage my HP Omen Max 16 as shown in the picture they refused to acknowledge the damage and blame me for the damage the store manager Steve L. was rude and said the same exact store the employees gave me. They are covering for each other instead of taking responsibility. I would think twice before taking anything to the Geek Squad because of my experience.

We recently purchased a Dell tower. Had an appt today for 1:20 to transfer information onto new computer from old one. Went in this evening to see if it was ready. Were lied to saying it wasn't finished. Asked how much longer and then were told it would be 2 to 3 more days! It hadn't even been started. What is the point of even bothering to have an appointment?!!!! What a poorly run business this is. Only reason we even bought it there was because we also purchased a 1 year service agreement with the Geek Squad. This is the second time this person has "helped" us and I use that term loosely as he yawned the whole time (both occasions) and it was obvious he could care less about us as the customer as well as his job. I will be in touch with headquarters regarding this matter. It's unprofessional and totally unacceptable. Buyer beware!
