My friend is joining the 21st century. She gave up her old flip phone and got a new smartphone. Nathan was so patient and helpful. My friend was very nervous, but Nathan was amazing, repeating instructions and answering, what most people would think easy or stupid, questions.
The management team here is always willing to help solve your problem in the best way they can. Typically, they have knowledgeable people in all departments. The staff is always polite and willing to help you find what you're looking for. The GM Ernie is one cool cat. He can figure it out when no one else can. If for some reason he doesn't have the answer, he'll find out and get back to you. Great group, and it starts from the top down.
You know it's funny, when you go into Best Buy and you don't need help everybody wants to help you, when you go in and you actually need help finding something, there's nobody to be found. This next bit is not a reflection on this local Best Buy, but Best Buy in general: it's pretty ridiculous that they have a lot of things locked up so you can't look at the box, you have to depend on their information sheets if they aren't in a lock box themselves. Really not enthusiastic about shopping there, I only do when I can't wait on Amazon which thankfully is pretty rare.
