How do I check product availability at the Yuma Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Yuma Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Bought a webroot antivirus and after installing it found out it was expired. went to the store to return and grab a new one. the manager didn't want to give me a refund or new one instead told me to call a 1-888 number. now I have to buy another antivirus somewhere else. DO NOT BUY WEBROOT ANTIVIRUS AT BEST BUY.

Went to Best Buy in Yuma AZ I was standing behind 2 employees talking I stood there 20 minutes listening to their conversation and they finally realized I was standing there the male asked if he could help me I told him what I needed he told me to go to an aisle and wait so I did after 10 minutes of waiting for no one as I was walking out the female employee looked at me and I said I guess I am invisible and she said oh well everyone is pretty busy right now and I thought well you weren’t very busy while you were standing there talking for 20 minutes.
