I truly want to be supportive of the brick and mortar stores left but Best Buy horrible customer service makes it very hard. Previously I received horrible customer service by manager George. The way they communicated it was simply lazy. I now bough a dryer, my installation appointment was postponed last week. Tomorrow morning was going to be the next appointment. I received a reminder with no time. I just called and the time had been changed to 3-7 pm. I cancelled my purchased. I also will be closing my credit card and I will not be giving my business to Best Buy again.

The Geek Squad is awesome. Steve fixed my cell phone fixed when Verizon squad could not and tried to sell me a new cell phonel instead.

Best Buy has false advertising online - you dial a phone number thinking you’re able to call a local store then you end up talking to an AI machine and when you do get transferred to a human you’re talking to support in Asia. The online chat service is just as bad. Online information on the website is inadequate, which is what prompted the call and you can’t speak to a human at Best Buy unless you physically walk into a store. Bad support move Best Buy, I already ordered through Amazon.
In reply to Best Buy comment: Why reach out on Social Media, nothing will change. I described the issue in a review. No need to call the phone number associated with the store again when I’ll get transferred to a support group in Asia and reps who speak in broken English. This is BB’s support issue, not mine.
