Walked in and was greeted by a person at the front of the store. That's always nice.
We went to check some details on a refrigerator we were getting ready to purchase online and it was easy to locate the brand and a model like it to answer out question.
A floor person asked us if there was something we could be helped with and offered to make the online purchase right there in the store. Normally, I would have, but since I was using a cash-back app I couldn't do it through their system.

Said they had 2 of an item in stock, drove over and item was not there. Nice store and helpful staff they just need to update the website.
I truly want to be supportive of the brick and mortar stores left but Best Buy horrible customer service makes it very hard. Previously I received horrible customer service by manager George. The way they communicated it was simply lazy. I now bough a dryer, my installation appointment was postponed last week. Tomorrow morning was going to be the next appointment. I received a reminder with no time. I just called and the time had been changed to 3-7 pm. I cancelled my purchased. I also will be closing my credit card and I will not be giving my business to Best Buy again.
