I am beyond fed up with the service at the Best Buy in Antioch. My family and I have spent over $15,000 on appliances with this company, and yet we are treated like we don't matter.
We had an installation scheduled, and after rearranging our entire lives to be home for it, they had the audacity to call us the night before and cancel. To make matters worse, it is literally impossible to get a hold of an actual human being. You are forced to deal with their useless AI bots or get routed to offshore call centers in the Philippines where no one has the power or knowledge to actually solve your problem.
You cannot talk to anyone over the phone, so you are forced to drag yourself into the store in person just to get basic answers. It is completely unacceptable to take $15,000 of a customer's money and then refuse to provide the most basic level of service. If you are looking for reliability and professional communication, go literally anywhere else. This level of incompetence and the total lack of accountability is astounding.
Do better, Best Buy. We are done with this store.
