No one wants to help customers
Not bad, they do have the staff and care the have for everyone.
This review is specifically for Alex T. manager at Best Buy Antioch. Bought an OLED TV Open Box in Elk Grove CA. Opened Box to find no remote and no power cable! Took it back to Best Buy in Antioch CA and the customer service initial response was that we would need to take it back to Elk Grove to resolve the issue, since they were the location that sold it to us. NO: IFS, ANDS or BUTS. We were upset that we faced a 3 hour driving round trip to resolve the issue. That is when Manager "Alex T" got involved. He immediately was the unfairness of Best Buy's policy to SRICTLY force customers to deal with different Best Buy locations when an issue is encountered. THIS IS A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY, THAT WORKS AGAINST CUSOMER LOYALTY. [is that loud enough?]. Alex T helped us and we resolved the issue quickly and without much cost to Best Buy. Thank you Alex T ! You helped us avoid a 120 mile round trip drive to solve a mistake that Best Buy made, and provide a resolution that went counter to a bad Best Buy corporate customer service policy.
Purchased on Amazon picked up at the store a couple hours later. Smooth and easy
