Made an appointment for an iPhone repair at Apple Valley. Best Buy told them I needed a new battery. Called their direct line at the 760 number and to verify that they had the battery. Drove over an hour to get to Best Buy to be told they don’t have the battery. Said they couldn’t do anything about it unfortunately when I call their store number I’m actually talking to someone overseas. Then I suggested that maybe their other store that was 25 minutes away might have one. They called there and they said they have one so I’m driving over there now. Very poor service I wouldn’t take anything to them to be repaired at the geek squad in Apple Valley

Talk to Joseph (his hat has a propeller on top) he knows his tv and sound! He took time out of his day to talk us on what was best for what we wanted and we learned some very important tips and tricks!
