Not the friendliest staff. At all. I got what I needed but not one member of the staff I talked to ever cracked a smile. I was glad I was approached by a few different staff members but no one seemed happy to be there. Friends have told me about that but I didn't believe them. I do now. Again, got what I needed but don't know if I'll go back unless it's an online/quick pick up purchase. To add, I'm clearly disabled. Bought a tv. Not one person offered to help me carry it. Not one.

I gave him 5 start dash cam why He do good Job he install 4/25/2026 3:00 pm I have aportmen Folsom Best Buy the guy he say I can’t do back only Dan do front I know home too young No experience I go to auburn Best Buy my Honda civic hatchback No problem He take 1 hour 30 minute he finish he help me set up wi fi app thank you

Waited on hold for ten minutes and nobody ever picked up. Tried using the texting option and it didn’t even connect me with someone at the store. Never going to bother with this place again.
Great staff. They price match. More items to purchase turn you'd think. Great warranties
