I waited (stupidly) for over 45 minutes to get served. I asked when I could get served and was told to wait a few minutes…

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Does carry as much inventory as they used to, understandable. If they have something you need, they are very awesome
Best Buy is one of my absolute favorite retailers along with Costco and Amazon. I’ve been in their Total program, which extends warranties and fixes computer problems for parts costs only, for a decade. Some of the stores have staff from AT&T mobile in house which has come in super handy at times. I have had products fail and, since I am a total member, they just hand me a new one. Most recently they gave me a new Oura Ring when my battery died before 1 year. Their appliances are competitively priced with good delivery and take away options. The staff are competent, knowledgeable and trained up. Online and phone support are also very good. Zero complaints here.
