The delivery service claims that they came to my house today. They did not ring the doorbell or call me from the porch, if in fact they did have the right house. Nonetheless, they drove off and did not answer any of my calls or texts all afternoon. As a long-time member and frequent customer who purchased $1,500+ worth of equipment in this recent order, it was clear that the GeekSquad team failed to sufficiently care or fulfill basic customer service duties. They surely did not go above and beyond in a way that would make this a "best" buy experience. They failed to provide an "average" buy experience. No phone number rings into this store. The only way to resolve issues is for me to drive over an hour to speak to someone in person. I am not impressed and plan to look elsewhere for new technology purchases.

Terrible service I bought a new whirlpool dishwasher which broke 4 months after I pitched it and now they say they can’t find a service person to fix it, what the hell? Now I’m stuck with a broken dishwasher

I went to pick a computer from a online purchase.The store is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back in the near future
They're doing remodeling so it's a bit chaotic. However, as usual, customer service is excellent.
