I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of electronics and appliances. I got a great deal on a new laptop, and the checkout process was fast and smooth. Highly recommend Best Buy for anyone looking for quality products and top-notch service!
We were quickly tended to and left very satisfied.
Walked out & went somewhere else. They no longer employ the amount of staff they once did and it shows in their customer service. The gentleman up front tried to help me, but there was no one to help me make an informative choice. They sent an installer over who pretty much iterated what I already knew when I walked in
