Best Buy is one of my absolute favorite retailers along with Costco and Amazon. I’ve been in their Total program, which extends warranties and fixes computer problems for parts costs only, for a decade. Some of the stores have staff from AT&T mobile in house which has come in super handy at times. I have had products fail and, since I am a total member, they just hand me a new one. Most recently they gave me a new Oura Ring when my battery died before 1 year. Their appliances are competitively priced with good delivery and take away options. The staff are competent, knowledgeable and trained up. Online and phone support are also very good. Zero complaints here.

They tend to have certain things that are on sale that are good deals. There was a great customer service a guy actually grabbed the microwave for me and carried it all the way up front and found exactly what I needed.
They were very busy that day, which is totally fine. However, no one approached me or told me they would help me when they were finished with their current customer. I waited about 15 minutes and then walked out.

With a couple teen drivers in the fam, the most important thing is Apple Carplay! Not gas, oil, or transmission fluid. Thankfully, Geek Squad is the BEST EVER. I had them install new systems on my kids older cars and they are amazing!! I will handle the maintenance, Geek Squad handled the tech!! Thank you
