Walked out & went somewhere else. They no longer employ the amount of staff they once did and it shows in their customer service. The gentleman up front tried to help me, but there was no one to help me make an informative choice. They sent an installer over who pretty much iterated what I already knew when I walked in

I had Geek squad install a radio & the man who did the job was fantastic & fast. The install turned out perfect & he went the extra mile by replacing a few dash bulbs that had burnt out. Highly recommended!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Auburn Best Buy, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I purchased an open box Samsung TV that was advertised as being in “excellent condition,” complete with all parts, looking like new, and in original packaging. However, upon opening the box at home, it became clear that this was far from the case. First and foremost, there was no original packaging to be found. The accessories were haphazardly thrown into a box, and many of the bolts were either missing or just thrown into the box loose. The instruction manual was completely missing. To make matters worse, the remote was missing entirely, and the bracket needed to set up the TV was also absent. This is not what I expected from a product labeled as “excellent condition.” When I contacted online customer service for assistance, I was met with a complete lack of helpfulness. After driving over an hour to return the TV, I was hoping for a resolution, but the in-store staff was equally unhelpful. They offered no apologies and suggested I either take a refund or “look around at other stores,” which felt like an utter lack of care and professionalism. This experience has left me frustrated and disillusioned with Best Buy. The time and gas I wasted on this trip are disappointing, and I cannot trust this store to deliver on its promises. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing open box items from Auburn Best Buy. It’s been a significant waste of my time and resources.
