I have purchased a few things here. They have pretty good selection of what i needed and are nearby. But they are a bit expensive. Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable.

If I could give a negative star I certainly would. Bought a sound bar in October and have had nothing but trouble with it. Geek Squad out twice and they just tell me it’s because I bought a “smart” sound bar. Unbelievable, two hours on the phone with technical support. And you can’t even talk to someone in the damn store!!! Now I’m outside of my return window and out $400 Best Buy is awful and I never shop there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. In March 2025, I made the mistake of purchasing and having Best Buy install a dash cam system in my 2023 Kia Telluride. The technician was cursing the entire time during the installation and afterwards I noticed that not only was the rear camera installed upside down but also the integrated camera on my rear view mirror no longer worked. I brought the vehicle back to the store for resolution and after another few hours their lead tech was unable to resolve the issue and suggested we have the dealership repair the mirror and then go through Best Buy's insurance company, Sedgwick, for a claim. Kia estimated a 3 day diagnostic and repair appt so I was given a rental car to be paid for by Sedgwick. I opted for Enterprise's daily insurance of $20 per day for coverage since I had no additional protection from my own credit card. Well that 3 day appointment turned into a month as Kia struggled to resolve the issue and eventually flew an engineer up from LA who identified that the Best Buy Technician had spliced a coax cable and then tried to hide it by wrapping it in electrical tape and tucking it back deep into the headliner. In the end it was $5000 worth of damage which the insurance paid but I am out of pocket $700 for the rental car insurance. The General Manager at the Best Buy store was kind enough but the only restitution he gave me was to fully refund me for the camera and the installation and then he gave me a whopping $25 store credit. I can't tell you how many hours I spent on the phone between the store, the insurance company, and the dealership and am now out of pocket a $700. Never again Best Buy
