Walked in no one helped me. Was looking for a printer I asked for assistance they said they didn’t work in that department and called it in for someone else to assist me I waited patiently 20 minutes passed most of electronics workers were free and seemed like they purposely avoided to help me. Bad customer service I’ll rather do my own research and purchase else where

Went into price match an item and they would not do it but they were the same item. She was saying since the SKU didn't match she couldn't do it but it was the same item literally. Nothing different about them. I called customer service and they price matched right away, no questions asked.
I also received an expensive fridge yesterday and it came damaged. Not very happy about the service I have received as of now.
