I took my Iphone17 here recently after an update completely messed up my software! The Geek squad was great!! Very progressional and friendly. My phone ended up needing to be mailed in, and they made the arrangements for that super easy! I was helped my four different associates, including their supervisor Beatrize Corona! Her knowledge and expertise with the issue I had with me phone made the service efficient and painless! She was a great source for her colleagues! Sarah fisher was another associate at geek squad that was great, patient and efficient. I would highly recommend the geek squad at this Best Buy location!! The other two associates that helped me I can’t remember their names but were great too! Keep up the efficient, customer service you guys are providing!!!
