I went their Wednesday ask to buy a tablet I thought I'd be in and out quick. Wrong! I waited 15mins to get help never got it. Went to the cashier and told him I'm trying to buy a tablet but no one's helping me nor asking me if I need the help. He said I'll send someone over right now, I had seen like 3 employees just chilling talking it up acting like they don't see me. Long story short I left went to Walmart instead and got a better tablet than the one I saw at Best buy for an even cheaper price! Thanks for nothing

Purchased a replacement program offered for screen protectors on my iPhone in San Luis Obispo and have had no issues when needed to replace screen due to damage, but Bakersfield location has absolutely NO customer service. After “You are an annoyance treatment”, I decided to leave. The rudeness from employees and no customer care is astonishing.

Not getting the same replacement for your screen protector in store can be difficult. Screen replacements under screen protectors like Zagg are normally simple, and you would only pay for the screen protector install one time unless you have our My Best Buy Total membership which would provide this service for free while it is active.
