purchased a Maytag washer and dryer combo from Best Buy for $1,800. The sales team was helpful during the purchase, but once the washer started failing after just 45 days, Best Buy refused to assist and directed me to Maytag. Dealing with Maytag was an even bigger hassle—after over a month of back-and-forth and five service calls, they finally replaced the washer. Unfortunately, even the replacement hasn't worked properly.
Overall, this was a terrible purchase. Best Buy was great when making the sale, but once they had my money, the support was nonexistent. I'd recommend buying from Costco or Amazon, where customer service is much better.

Honestly not sure why this places get so much hate on other review platforms. Sure, it's another big box store. You probably know more than the average employee that works there. Anytime l've gone in, it's never been a terrible experience. If you do research on what you want and stock check it ahead of time, it's pretty painless. It's one of the last tech stores we have and the only place to physically see/experience big ticket tech items.
Overall it’s an average big box store experience, neither terrible nor something to write home about.

Had an entirely horrible experience due to Jen. She literally has 0 customer service and is truly an awful human being. She needs to fired expeditiously and I hope that she has the day she deserves.
