best buy excelente they help you quickly they are some they speak both languages there excelente I give best buy a 10 excelente there are no racist inside there good people for everybody 😉
We were shipped the wrong open box ipad from this location as we are a few states away. We bought a WiFi&celullar instead they shipped a WiFi one in a celular and WiFi box. We went to a local store to tell us this and we had to go through 2 more phone reps (which are overseas by the way) to get our money back because of the mishandling of that purchase. Make sure employees are paying attention to serial numbers because your return policy is not as what it used to be years ago and the end user has to go through many hurdles to get things corrected.

Came into Best Buy with a s24 ultra that I was going to use on the trade-in program for a pixel 9 pro XL. The girl said that the s24 ultra was not in the system and could not do anything about it Found that kind of fishy since the phone has been out for over 6 months.Went in the next day and no problem. Took my ID fingerprint and traded the s24 ultra for a pixel 9 pro XL. I think that girl didn't want to spend the 30 minutes with me to exchange the phone that day. Poor poor customer service.

Negative stars!!! Customer service and Return process Nightmare! An assistant female manager wearing a 49er jersey that day was super rude and very unprofessional. I bought a brand new 60" TV and when opened it at home and plugged it in it did not work. Tried returning it next morning and this lady said, "you broke it and now you want to return it"? and then denied my return. One of the employees struggled to take the TV out of the box all by himself, (even when instructions on box say it’s a two person job) more than likely damaging the screens. For being In a customer service that's the first response you get from a supposedly manager? I will never understand a policy like this. If the TV doesn't work NEW out of the box, even if you just bought it they will not honor a return?? Never seen a policy like this. They wont test it at the store but won't return if it doesn't work? Rediculous!! Beware of purchasing any appliances from here. I called Corporate and they ended up fixing this but Rosedale management needs to change! In the past year I have spent thousands of dollars on TVs, Laptops, Appliances, etc…taking my business elsewhere.
