I went to pick up a 43 " tv and i asked an older African American female where was there pick up parking , she tells me they only have 4 and starts making fun of me for not seeing the skid , like really. Then she goes back in it's my turn to get my item and here comes mrs sour face then i tell her hello ! Then nooooooooooo response whatsoever from this ladies mouth , literally no face contact, then proceeded to say number ! I give it her, she asked again i give it again . Lady of your not happy find another job, but don't make another person's day unhappy because you are not happy !!! Best buy has gone down allot in customer service

Great Selection and Friendly Staff
Stopped in just to browse, and I was impressed by the selection. The newest TVs are incredible—picture quality has come so far! Beyond TVs, there’s a wide variety of electronics, gadgets, and appliances to check out. A couple of employees asked if I needed help, which was nice.
Overall, it was a good experience. I didn’t have anything to return, but based on other reviews, that seems to be a sticking point for some. One tip: always check prices online before purchasing. Best Buy offers a Price Match Guarantee, which means they’ll match prices from major retailers like Amazon, Dell, and local competitors if you find the same item cheaper. Just be sure the product is new and identical in model and brand, and check the exclusions for special pricing or third-party sellers.
