Trent and Richard B are your go to guys for great customer service! I was shopping for headphones for my daughters birthday and they were excellent in getting exactly what I needed even when the store was full. Great place to shop for your electronic needs, super clean, staff is attentive as you walk in and even when the store is busy, its organized and the staff is super knowledgeable in the products they sell. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Trent and Richard B! My daughter was so happy with her gift.

I scheduled an appointment at Best Buy to get the glass on my iPhone replaced. The first time, they couldn’t fix it and had to order the part, so I booked another appointment when it arrived. Both times I showed up on time and still waited 30 to 45 minutes just to talk to someone. Even with the part in and an appointment on the books, they’ve had my phone all day and the screen still isn’t replaced. I don’t see the point of offering appointments if they don’t honor them. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend bringing an iPhone here for service.
