I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received here at BestBuy. I came in and bought an open box fridge. The woman that helped me purchase the fridge was wonderful. I let her know my step father would be picking up the fridge the following day. It was the team that helped my step father that was downright terrible. They first claimed they did not have any fridge under my name or his name even though the woman from the day before wrote his name down. My step dad found the exact fridge we purchased with a higher price tag listed on the floor. It is absurd that my step dad had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the fridge. The fact that the employees can lie in our face and say the fridge is not avaliable/was not purchased is something I cannot even fathom. It is not my fault or problem that the price listed was incorrect. As a best buy credit card holder, I cannot understand the run around. Why couldn't the employee look for the transaction on their end? They have access to all transactions from the previous days. To top things off the fridge was labeled as excellent condition but it's been nearly 24 hours and the fridge has not cooled. I submitted a request to service it and I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come out. I spent nearly $1500 on this fridge and the lack of urgency is so disappointing.
I was going to buy a open box refrigerator went to the register with the guy and I show him my best buy ID on my phone to get my points and he said he could not do that their system Does not do that Im showing him the ID because I have my phone number but it shows two different accounts that's why I show him my best buy ID on my phone. He was not willing to ask someone else to help him I will not recommend this location to anyone very bad customer service. I have never had a problem at any best buy when i show my best buy ID on my phone
Returs and dent/scratches appliances. Same price as new items. Slow service 😐....
Worst Store I have EVER been to, Blaring Horrible Music can't Think, Talk, Listen to each other, NOT ONE So called Sales Person came to Greet us or Help us They All Eleven of them were too Damn busy Visiting with each other about what they were going to eat and do later that night Laughing, Joking with each other AND THEY GET PAID FOR THIS RIDICULOUS - we walked thru the whole store NO ONE asked if we needed Help Very Rude Staff, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE IMATURE STORE AGAIN OF I HAD A CHOICE NO STARS WOULD I GIVE - 😡😡😡😡😡
