4 stars since there's an occasional dud mixed in, but an additional star for solid employee customer service.
Great deals for the discerning consumer- some appliances are mint equipment and discounted simply due to being open box or floor model and others may be returns that are supposed to be in great working condition. I have bought 4 appliances here in the past few years, 3 of which worked perfectly.
I rolled the dice on a deeply marked down Bosch dishwasher that had been used and it was a dud. However, Best Buy should know they've got an excellent customer service rep in Justin (I might be getting his name wrong- he had longer braided black hair). Anyway super helpful guy, great attitude and handled my return in minutes and helped me get a similar replacement that works great. He was also diligently training a new employee with care and respect.
This guy is a huge asset to Best Buy as are all the other helpful staff who have checked me out and helped load my appliances over multiple visits. Thank you Justin and Best Buy!
