Great bargains!

I walked into the store with the intention of purchasing two refrigerators, one for my home and one for my online business, so I was genuinely prepared to make a purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. I walked around the entire store without a single employee approaching me or offering assistance. I eventually had to ask someone if they could send an associate over to help me. When someone finally came over, he was very unhelpful. I explained that I was looking for a specific style of refrigerator, but instead of helping me compare options or answering questions, he simply pointed in the general direction of the refrigerators and seemed eager to walk away. When I asked for more assistance, all he did was repeat himself. Several of the refrigerators also did not have prices clearly displayed, which made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that employees may be busy, I know they were also younger and may not have been as experienced, but I was just hoping for  assistance rather than like I was inconveniencing someone. I just ended up leaving It was a very disappointing experience and one that could have easily been avoided with a little more attentiveness and willingness to help.
