Dish washer posted as "excellent." Brought home. It does not work! Scam. What do they mean by "excellent"? Best Buy states publicly what they did not even test and check? For return, their website says your need to bring your credit card. I called to ask why it is necessary since all other stores just reverse the transaction. A service rep with a strong accent kept telling me and started arguing with me. I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor, and the rep asked the reason why and was not able to forward the call or ask them to come to the phone. The rep did not identify himself with any other info but the first common name. Overall, this experience with Best Buy has been horrible.

You know I try and get products and services within my area. But this store continues to give the WORST CUSTOMER EVER and its on a Tuesday early afternoon with like 3 customers including me and at least 7 employees with a mgr/supervisor Erik. I come in every employee is at the front desk. I walk in everyone looks but doesn't speak until the only young African america speak as im literally to the washing machines which is a nice distance but he did speak after helping his customers but the other just looked and continued to talk. I'm looking for a stackable washer combo, im looking for at least 15mins and Noone ever comes to ask if I need help. So I go to the counter and im like what's going on Noone sees me down there looking for the last 15min. I'm like come on is this the norm. Then the supervisor Erik says oh I remember you with the stove and fridge. I said yes and yall still have the same awful customer service again. So I previously came and to get appliances it the customer was negative rating but I wanted to try again. But I see that this is just there norm. So management you guys need to do better. With your customer service with your employees engagement with the customers who like myself who is spending our hard earned monies. Just because it a clearance center doesn't mean the service has to suck!!! Just disappointed in Best Buy culture of hiring and the lack of educating your workers that the first 20seconds make it count. I absolutely 💯 wouldn't refer people at all. Sincerely an repeat customer who gave yall a second chance and you'll blew it again!!!

Bought a tv in excellent condition and missing several needed items. I called outlet and they said I had to take tv back to get what I need and the take home again. Wow. Horrible.
