Very disappointing delivery experience with Best Buy’s subcontractor, ABC. The lead worker arrived complaining that the refrigerator was too large and that there were only two workers. A professional delivery company should plan for the appliance’s size and weight and provide enough staff to handle it safely, especially given the delivery fees. The lead worker’s poor attitude continued as they brought the refrigerator inside, and careless handling dented its door. His helper, however, was courteous. The refrigerator was ultimately returned. When we arrived at the store to choose a replacement, it was in significantly worse condition than when it left our home, raising serious concerns about the care taken during the return trip. After paying approximately $750 for delivery-related services, we expected careful handling and professional service. Instead, we have additional expenses, inconvenience, and a replacement in worse cosmetic condition than our original purchase. We have contacted Kevin, the store manager, and are requesting a fair resolution. Best Buy should investigate ABC’s handling of this delivery and address the financial impact on us. I will update this review based on how our complaint is resolved.

Prices are not cheap at all, other competitors give much cheaper prices, complete waste of time. We checked all store and all type of appliances hopping to find anything worth money, but you will buy online cheaper than driving and spending time here
