They do not test these products. Waste of time. Staff could care less.
Drove almost an hour to purchase a 65inch Samsung TV . Sticker on the box said excellent condition. I asked the sales associate to open the box so I can confirm and turn it on. He seemed reluctant. He tells me it says excellent condition so it will have all the items inside and no need to plug it in. Guess what the remote and manual werr missing. Its fine, I understand its open box but other items in the store indicated what was missing, this one did not. He finds me another remote from another TV , I decided to trust him on it working as it looked physically well.
I drive another hour back home. Kids and family patiently waiting. I carefully remove the tv from the box, attach the wall mount and use the remote to turn it on and guess what, I can hear sound but no picture. TV turns off and on and is pixelated across the screen with the majority of it black. Waste of time. Now I have to go back and exchange.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TESTING BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!
