I was quite excited to find a high end dishwasher listed as in excellent condition with all parts and paperwork on the website at a 35 percent discount. Sadly after the long drive to the outlet the unit has clearly been dropped. There was a significant ding on the top and the side was bent. In addition there was no paperwork and the installation kit was not there. Had no way to know if anything else was missing. After we finally found someone to ask questions it also turned out that there was no manufacturers warranty and a best buy guarantee had to be purchased for several hundred dollars. Not a successful shopping trip. Wish the website had been more accurate and transparent. I'm sure there are bargains here. My dishwasher was not one of them

I placed an order for a Geek Squad-approved Samsung soundbar, received a “ready for pickup” confirmation, and drove over an hour each way. When I arrived, I was told the order had been canceled because the item was unsellable. It’s frustrating that an unsellable item was marked ready for pickup in the first place. No clear explanation - just a quick sorry. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
