I bought a TV, having fallen for an "Open Box – Excellent Condition" label. I was in a hurry, so I didn't open the box at the store—though I definitely should have, especially since the packaging was already damaged: the front panel had been cut out and replaced with a piece of cardboard. When I got home and unpacked the TV, I found massive scratches that in no way matched "Excellent Condition"—it wouldn't even qualify as "Good." The remote also clearly showed signs of heavy wear. But the biggest issue was that the TV stands (legs) were missing, and I had planned to place the TV on a stand. After spending two hours with customer support chat, they advised me to drive back to the same store I bought it from—which is a two-hour drive for me—and simply ask for the legs. I made the trip, explained the situation, and the staff looked at me like I was an idiot, telling me, "Where are we supposed to get those legs from?" This was my first experience with Best Buy, and I am certain it will be my last.

Best Buy Outlet is a hidden gem. You just might find some treasures
