Best Buy Bellflower Outlet

I was very disappointed at this store. Bad service! Lazy workers & careless! I ask for the refrigerator’s warranty, the guy worker told me he doesn’t know about that, I have to go online and check myself! The other shop at Montclair is much better, good service & motivated sales. They told me all products come with 1 year warranty, I can also option to buy 2 more years. But they don’t delivery to most of my locations. I just couldn’t believe Best Buy outlet will hired those lazy workers with no service to clients, it will ruin the sales for the store for sure!

I ordered an open box microwave which was supposed to be checked by staff and in EXCELLENT condition and was supposed to have all manuals and parts (this was per your website). I drove out of my way because it was a great deal and was surprised when they rolled out the unit with no box, no manual, no mounting bracket and there appeared to be a large scratch on the front of the unit. You cannot mount a range microwave without a bracket and drilling the holes to match the screw holes in the top of the unit has to be precise and you need a template. The employees there were very nice and canceled the order for me, but I will never buy another open box appliance from Best Buy without expecting it to be just the appliance and in poor condition.
