Rick...Desk Mgr at Pacific Sales in Brea is the real hero!
Yesterday he volunteered to assist us in a financial dispute my wife and I were having with the Geek Squad. His willingness to assist us as Best Buy customers was above and beyond his usual duties. He invested nearly an hour of his time struggling with the Geek Squad “phone bot“, and various transfers as part of his efforts on our behalf. In the end, Rick had resolved the problem favorably for us!!!
