When I came in to the store, although I have an idea on which item I want to get, but still have questions and doubts if this is the unit I am or should be going for. Thanks to my sales James, having the patience to answer all my questions and clear my doubts on my decision. I wasn't quite sure if the new unit will fit, but he was able to offer the resolution, the availability to do a site survey before the delivery. The payment was handled by Dennis who is cheerful and take care of the transaction seriously by double confirming. Thank you James and Dennis for the great experience. 😄
