My wife and I had gone and looked at other appliance stores and outlets, but when we found out Pacific matches any price we found it was reassuring. We should have gone to Pacific Sales first and saved time. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, but not rushed, or hit with a barrage of sales pitches. Our salesman Pete Camacho gave us space and the time we needed to figure out what worked best for us, but was incredibly helpful by answering our questions and just coming to check up on us. It was a pleasant experience and we received what we feel was a great price without any stress.

James took really good care of me. I was referred by a neighbor who worked with James and I was very satisfied with the knowledge he shared during his presentation.
I was very happy with the look and feel of the showroom and I couldn’t believe how much product they had on display. James made it very easy for us. Showed us a good better best option and we selected the best. Could not believe how efficient the store ran. We were helped so fast and we even applied for the store credit card and used that to purchase our Subzero. Go see James at Pacific Sales in Brea.
