I came in frustrated from dealing with other stores like UPS and their ludicrous pricing policy where they blatantly try to rip you off.
I got help from the online call center when discussing products and store policy. I spoke to someone about a computer case (corsair airflow 4000D) and its specifications and she knew everything about it and the stores packaging and shipping policy. She even helped me purchase the product online and have it ready by the time I walked in ALL over the phone! Their policy on shipping and packaging is great as they offer to completely package everything for pickup or to ship all for free. Much better deal than UPS where they charge $50 for a box and some styrofoam that fits the case.
Great service from Parshen and Tania in store as well. They knew what they were talking about relating to products and were very nice and professional. I came in frustrated dealing with annoying stores and their policies. They managed to have everything taken care of much quicker than I expected. Not only were the policies much better and made sense (props to the managers) but ALL the employees were very competent, well trained, and extremely nice and understanding! It definitely felt like people empathized with me and took measures to ensure I left satisfied.
Highly recommended ALWAYS checking in with this store specifically for ANYTHING tech related even to ship.
Was very thankful for the Associate in the tech department who helped me get my fiance a replacement laptop within our budget.
Worst bestbuy ever. Was waiting for someone to help get a dash cam and a ring door cam no one. Wasn't able to help me. Everything locked up, after 10mins of waiting for help seeing no one was able to help just walk out.
I love this store. Only thing I have a hard time trying to purchase is pokemon cards from here. Always out of stock
