This one has always been so bad. The employees are widely useless and I just can’t help but feel like I’m entering a bad sitcom or SNL skit when I come in, like the type that is so not funny but the actors keep going with it anyway while the audience sits in silence. I try to keep visiting this store to 0-1 trips a year because the experiences I’ve had here are surreal. I made a mistake; I went to Target and they didn’t have my Sodastream c02 can, and the cashier there said in just the perfectly most confident way that Best Buy has my exchange there. I said “uhhhhooookkaay yeah I’ll try I guess”. Oops!!!! I went inside, they had 2 cashiers who looked like teenagers, and are sitting down slouched over typing on the register screens like it’s social media. So I ask for the exchange, they both searched high and low for my version of the can, and even brainlessly searched the same area 2 times more just in case the leprechaun put them back after he hid them during the prior search. I was like ok it’s no big deal I’ll try somewhere else. NO!!!! We’ll get someone to find it. They called on the walkie, no one answered. They called again…. and again, and again. No one answered. But you could hear others talking. So they were ignored by other staff. Finally some guy comes who clearly had no interest and says he will get it. I waited 7 more minutes, at this points it’s been 15, and the guy never came back. Some older guy, white hair, walking around with a coffee mug. I’m like ok I’m leaving now thank you. They really didn’t want me to leave? I’m like no it’s fine, she kept insisting he will be back. I’m like girl it’s been 20 mins he’s gone and you don’t have it. This place is the most Mickey Mouse ever to have Mickey Mouse’d.

I like shoping in Best Buy and their conditions for members. 4 star because the consultants are not professional
The Burbank store seemed to be better staffed. Santa Clarita and Palmdale stores are short staffed and short stocked.
