If you’re looking for a place with him, please that Care and take the Extra Mile to make you happy as a customer and keep you. This is the place to go. Honestly, the only reason I renew my membership is because of how this location takes care of me, especially when there are challenges. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also, great managers and supervisors they’ll take the Extra Mile for you
The Manager I dealt with named Ernie had the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Best buy you should be embarrassed by this man.
Unbelievable.
You can not return your online purchases in store, even though it states it online in the return process. There is no way to leave bestbuy.com a 1 star review so this is the only way. Also, when the website says overnight or 1-day shipping it is a far stretch from reality in case you have it urgent. This place needs a class action lawsuit for false advertising.
